I loved, loved, loved my 1st pair of Dudes. Whenever I wore them, I imagined that this must be how it felt to walk on a cloud. After a few years, it was time to buy a new pair. Instead of going to a shoe store, I decide to buy 2 new pair on-line. I ordered the exact same size 13 as before but, unfortunately, the new Dudes were too small. So, I ended up giving them away to a family member to enjoy. I will be purchasing more, but will try them on at a store first.

The shoes are great and true to size but shipping is horrible. I never received a update. In fact I emailed customer service and it took a little over a week to receive a email back from them stating my order was on the way. Total shipping was roughly 3 weeks.

Shoes are great. bought another pair, returned 1st pair to get refund to get another color .. nearly a month later.... Still waiting for a refund they say was processed on 3/18/21

I emailed customer service asking them a question about the shoe after I got it, I never got a response. the shoes are alright though nothing to write home about.

Bought these for my boyfriend, and well they sent me the completely wrong shoes. The funny thing is that I actually like the ones they sent me better than the ones I asked for so Im not even that upset

My son likes the shoes. They are comfortable; however, the sole color is not what we ordered.

Very lightweight shoe, but the inside cushion on the side has an upward curve and because of that did not fit as well as I would like it to.

Shoes feel great! Color is nothing close to what the webpage shows. I bought Beige that looked basically brown on the webpage. In actuality they are a very light beige.

I am a 12 in literally everything. Sometimes even a 12 wide and I finally got these and they are so loose on my foot. Not happy with the fit at all and I messaged customer service and Im yet to get an answer from them. 1.5 weeks waiting right now.

The picture was extremely extremely deceiving . The color on line is completely different than actual color - even when I emailed to ask if I got the correct shoe the person helping me agreed they did not look like the same shoe. Comfortable- & nice but wish they were the color I wanted in the picture .

My husband loves the shoe but your customer service was terrible. Had to return the shoes because they run small. Took almost 3 weeks to hear from yall again. Then only received one pair. Took another 3 weeks to get the other after I emails yall twice to check up on it.

Pretty big for the size and I have a wide foot, comfy and free air flowing but I maybe would choose a different color. Kind of feel like Im wearing clown shoes sometimes. Wasnt expecting the free flowing soles with holes in them.

This is my second purchase from Hey Dudes. First time I ordered 13s which have worked on every brand I have ever worn, and their has been quite a few. They were so small I couldnt get my foot in them all the way. So then I sent the back and reorder a second pair. While my foot does fit in the size 14 that I had to order they constantly fall off my feet. After one day of wearing them the piece in the lace meant to allow them to tighten fell off and is lost forever. Based off this experience I have to say that the size does not run true to form and the quality is subpar. That being said my wife has 4 pairs and loves them all so maybe its just the mens shoes that run awkward.

Dont know it this was available in a size 15. These are not as comfortable as the pair of canvas crocks I own.

the shoe is awesome just ended up being to big.. i really wanted the all black but they are always sold out..

Dont like the vented sole.

Sizes arent all that true. But you learn to live with it I guess.
