We love these shoes for our 3 year old son! The single strap is easy to open and close, he can do it by himself. He says they're really comfy and the Wide width is prefect. They're also really cute in navy.

These shoes look great and I think they'll hold up well. Other Stride Rite shoes I've purchased for my son have held up great, especially when compared to other brands we've tried (Skechers). These look great with jeans and with khakis. I love the setup with the lace-look combined with the velcro strap for tightening; my six-year-old son can put these on quickly by himself. I haven't washed them yet, but I think the ability to wash them in the washing machine is a fabulous idea for children's shoes.

Cute and sturdy shoes, perfect for my little guy. He plays on his hands and knees a lot, so the top of the tie wears out before anything else. I actually got a second pair because I like them so much. I also love that they're washable. They've been in my washer and dryer a few times. The extra wides are especially good because he wears a supportive brace.

My son has been wearing a version of these shoes since he started walking. This will likely be his final pair at the age of 8yrs as he's at he top of the size chart. He loves them. They last a very long time. I wish the sizes extended. The best in shoes for little boys!

These are great shoes that can be dressed up but has the gym shoe feel so my son will wear them.

My two year old loves these shoes and is able to run and play in them. They are great shoes that provide him with a lot of support.

Great shoes! I purchased these and a pair of Saucony for my 5 year old son. These shoes fit him great! He tried on the Saucony and they were entirely too narrow so I returned them. These fit him very well and he loves them. My child is very hard on shoes and these toes look like they're going to withstand his shoe abuse. I would definitely recommend these shoes for any rough and tough little boy.

These just arrived an hour ago & he loves them so much he won't take them off! He's 15 months & we got a size 6 which fits good with a little room to grow. Great shoe, good flexibility, cushioning & good tread. Will buy this shoe again.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson and his mom love these shoes. He loves to play in mud and water and these keep his feet dry and that they are washable is a big plus.

My son says they are very comfortable. He wears the wide. Previously, he wore Keens and prefers these shoes. They seem durable and have held up well to daily wear for the three weeks he has owned them.

Fits great

It's hard to find nice looking extra wide shoes. My 3 year old likes the colors (navy/orange) and most importantly, they fit his very wide feet. They seem to be good quality, though we've only had them 3 weeks so it's hard to tell for sure. I'm excited to throw them in the wash soon and will update my review then.

Great quality shoes! I got this model for my two boys 4 and 8 and both mentioned how confortable they feel. I had bought stride rite in the past and I love them very durable shoes!!

When my 7 yr old starts to wear out a pair of shoes, I order a new pair from Zappo's. No store in town handles the WIDE width he needs. I always order a new pair. This one is very good and long lasting.

Runs small so I recommend buying a size bigger to accommodate socks. Also very narrow, buy wide options are available. Overall the shoes are very cute. Unfortunately had to return. When i tried to orders size up it wasn't available and went up in price
