Fits really well, like all of my previous ASICS sneakers. The Graphite/Berry color combo is really pretty; subtle and goes well with a lot of my casual clothes. My only complaint is the cheap, flimsy shoelaces. I have been wearing ASICS for over 20 years, and have never had a single pair like these. They are more difficult to tie, and are constantly coming unlaced. Fortunately I found some more classic laces on ebay, which will coordinate with the colors of the shoe.

They are super comfortable around the house but slightly too small... My big toe pokes the front, worried once I start running they’ll cause pain.

These were a little narrower at the toe than I expected in a wide fit. I went up a half size and glad I did. Not a large selection of colors, but the gray with turquoise accents is acceptable.

I love the price. I love the style. It just doesn't fit as wide as I need.

Asics are the only sneakers I feel comfortable in. These are no different. I can walk in them all day. Toe box is a bit roomy, but that is better than not enough room. Especially on a long walk.

I ordered my regular size 8.5 and I got both a regular and wide width to compare. The regular width would have worked OK but snug, and I would hope for it to stretch out to comfy. The wide was more comfy right from the start. Plenty of toe and instep room. Very good arch support, I wear over-the-counter orthotics for other brands and I will not need them for this pair. I wore them all day with not-thick socks and glad I chose the wide to wear. Asics have been my go-to shoe for 10+ years now and I always recommend them to others.

I thought at first they were too big, but the toe box is narrow enough that this ended up being the right size. Toe box could be wider. Shoelaces are too long. Because I use orthotics I took out the footbed, which had no arch support anyway. Comfortable and functional.

This shoe looks good and love the color. If you want arch support and cushioning...these aren't for you.

I always wear this brand and I felt this style ran a bit smaller than previous pairs. I have returned and ordered a half size up.

These shoes felt nice and supportive, but run about 1/2 size small.

My daughter was measured for shoe size, and she is a size 5, her foot is pretty narrow too. We bought the medium size 5 in this shoe, but we have ended up returning TWO pairs due to being too small. We got the six in WIDE, and still snug in the toe box. We are now getting a size 7 in wide, to make sure she doesn't get blisters her first day of wearing them. WAY smaller than any other brand we've purchased... My older daughter got a size 9 medium in the same brand and that shoe was a perfect fit (true to size). Maybe the manufacturer is not consistent in their sizing?

too large for me- returning for another size

I got these shoes and was hoping they would fit. The problem is that they are roomy across the wide part of the foot, but taper in dramatically in the toes and get very narrow. My toes are not shaped in a point, my toes are spread out. I search for shoes with a wide toe box and these are what I got! They do not have a wide toe box, they have a tapered narrow toe box. This is frustrating.

I have a wide foot, and these fit my foot as well as the Venture 6 style. HOWEVER - there is NO arch support at all. It looks as though an extremely thin layer of foam was glued into the footbed - and not even straight - and running in these is painful. I don't like the shoelaces, either - they're flimsy and not long enough! I'll either have to buy some kind of insert to make these comfortable to walk and run in - or return them. VERY disappointed.

Sadly these shoes are not to the level of what older generation Asics were. Just as many other shoe companies have started to do, Asics is now treating a squishy foot bed as "support". Anyone with arch considerations knows this does not support your foot especially when exercising. The styling is great but I need a lot more from an exercising shoe. Otherwise the fit was true to size. I think it is time to find a different exercising shoe brand since many of the other comments on here allude to a decrease in quality from Asics.

Asics are my go-to athletic shoe. The style was great. I do not address arch support because I put my own orthotics in the shoe. However, I found my heel slipping in this particular shoe. I tried to use the extra lace holes to add more support, but, that did not make the difference.

These were comfortable at the outset and I like the way they look. The down side is that my toe came through where the mesh meets the leather very quickly on the right foot, and now the same has happened on the left foot. The tread on the bottom is still fine so I will continue to wear regardless of the way they look. I feel the support could be better. I do have high arches.

I first purchased an 11, my regular shoe size in almost everything, and was disappointed when the rounded toe portion rubbed in a way I thought would be uncomfortable over time. They just felt small. I returned and puchased an 11.5 and thought that they would be a lot better as I had more room. I don't think i'll be buying these shoes again. One shoe fits just fine and is comfortable - the right shoe feels way too big and my foot feels like its sliding inwards constantly. The lining on the bottom sticks up and I can feel the footbed and after after going on an hour or so long hike in them, my arch and heel hurt quite badly- While I do normally have heel pain, I usually never have a problem with my arches. I don't know what it is about these shoes but they're just uncomfortable and poorly sized and unfortunately I can't return them now.

I ordered two different colors in this shoe and I was surprised at the difference in size. The first pair seemed a little short for a size 9 but felt good in the width. I then ordered this color and the toe box was really wide.

Fit was as a good as all my other ASICS GEL-Ventures, but they changed the design. The leather "tab" over the toe no longer exists, and now they wear out in the exact same place every other sneaker I buy does - right at the toe where the seam between leather and fabric meets. Time to search for a new brand.

I got these the replace my Hoka Challenger trail runners which are worn out after about 500 miles of road and trails (over about 8 months, I'm active but not insane). The fit of the Asics was roomy for my moderately wide feet (ordered wide width) and a bit long--even though I prefer to have a bit of room in the toe box, these were a little too much. It's not a cushy shoe, not the amount of padding on the footbed that I'm used to. And the shoes seem to want the wearer to stand and not move. The Hokas and my old Brooks keep the feet moving forward. I also don't thing the arch support of these Asics will be enough for me to be comfortable in them for 500 miles. The treads are nice, feel grippy and look like they'll last well. It's a nice looking shoe, just not right for my foot. Need to return them.

Higher profile than the Ryka I like. Toe was boxy. If I was going to use for outdoor hiking I might have kept these but decided to return since I needed a walking shoe, not a hiking shoe.
