Ordered my normal size and could not get them on my foot. Returned them and ordered one size up, same thing. Could not get them over my heel. Returned them and gave up.

I have the same size in another color but these are smaller.

Love these shoes but they stretch out and there's no way to un-stretch them. They last a year then need to be tossed out.

Maybe I just got a defective pair, but the size 11's I ordered were so small I literally couldn't even get my whole foot into them. Beautiful shoes though -- wish they had fitted. Going to try the next size up but given how small the 11's were I doubt if they'll fit.

Disappointed they were too small. I normally wear size 11, but the European size 41 was the largest size available and I could barely get my foot in it. Wish they made them larger it’s such a cute shoe and so light weight.

I purchased one size too small! How may I exchange item and how long do I have? I had surgery last Thursday and still in recovery. Doubt I can get out until April 18 or 19, 2024. I love this style and believe will be comfortable ordering the correct size.

I typically wear a size 10, the show size was 10-10.5 and my toes were jammed to the front. The show also felt narrow in the toe box. I had to return them.

This shoe felt unsupportive in every way.

I own 3 pair of these identical shoes! These measure at least 1/4” shorter, enough that they are too short. What is the problem? I ordered the exact same size and both of these are different lengths…both too short!!!!

I purchased my first pair, size 8 M, and loved them so much I ordered another pair. The second and THIRD pair were both too tight! I even contacted the company in Denmark to let them know. Unsure of the problem, although I think I can see where it's about 3/8" shorter over the instep. I will be returning the third pair. The ill fitting ones were both of the same color "Wine Tasting."

Loved these but they stretch out very quickly

I ordered a 38 from NORDSTROM and they were too small. I ordered a 39 from Zappos and they fit great but the inside of the left shoe was uncomfortable as the stitching was not covered by the insole material. Back they go and hope the replacement ordered will work.

These are attractive though the footbed/base of the shoe is quite narrow so even if the perforated upper has some stretch--these were too tight and actually caused some swelling in my ankle after just having on for a few minutes. They also run short, and even sizing up one size, these were a bit too small. I've tried two styles from this popular brand, and (alas), they are just not for me. I also have concerns about shoes with white bases as it seems that it would be very difficult to keep them clean looking even if they are "easy care."

Everyone raves about the comfort of these shoes, but I have high arches and they hurt the top of my foot. They also have no arch support.

Runs veryyyy small. I wear a size 10 and i purchased these for my mom who wears an 11, I tried them on and they barely fit me. I ordered another size up, hope they fit

I really liked the look and feel of this shoe! I wanted it to work. Sadly, it was way too narrow for my wide foot and seemed a little short too. I had to return them.

I really wanted these to fit, but they did not. I originally ordered a size 9 because reviews said they were true to size. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. So, I then ordered size 10 and 11. The 10s fit, but they are very narrow - not a medium width. I loved the material and I believe they would have been so comfortable if they were just a little wider. I considered keeping the 10s because reviews say that they stretch, but they really were too narrow and my feet are not wide. I do not wear wide shoes in any other brands. Disappointed because these are cute and would have been comfy if wider.

This is a very small size 9. I could not even get my foot in the shoe. Not true to size at all. I am going to try a size 10 and a size 11 next.

Way too small! I ordered my usual size and could not get my foot in the shoe without removing the insole. I have narrow feet and they were still tight. BUY BIG!

This shoe fit beautifully, and it's gorgeous. But the stitching you see on the outside isn't covered on the inside, and it hurts. So sad but I have to send these back.

European size was too small and too narrow. Ordered 2 pair in different sizes and returned both. I gave up after that.

These are cute shoes and are likely comfortable, but are really small.

EU 42 just isn't long enough for my long foot and that's the largest size available.

Wanted so much to love these. I have easy to fit feet and thought these would be perfect. However, the leather feels flimsy like if I wasn't careful my big toe might start to poke through. The shoe weirdly squished the skin on top of my foot together which then looked like ripples in the key hole type cut out at top - strange. I have pretty narrow feet too so couldn't figure it out. Sadly a return.

I was so excited for these shoes but even without socks, they run very small. Very difficult to get on and off as well. I returned these.
