I have a high instep and could barely get my foot in the next size up. My sister has them and said they stretched some - but I don't think it could have stretched enough to ever be comfortable on the top of my foot. They also run short - my toes hit the end of the shoe on the next size up.

These are really cute shoes, but extremely small for my normal sizing and narrow. Even after sizing up a whole size, I still could hardly get them on. They are very soft, and had they been wider and more true to size, I would have loved to keep them!

inconsistent sizing. Ordered two size 12, different colors. One fit, one didn't.

Too tight at the toe area width will expand but they can’t get longer. Very hard to find size 12.

These are my favorite shoes. I have five pairs of them. This pair seems a bit small. I'm going to keep them and try a half size larger, to see which one is perfect for me. Bottom line I will own a pair of these in black!

I liked the shoes but I wish they offered wide size. The sides of the shoe rubbed against my foot.

I usually wear a women’s 10 but based on some comments I ordered an 11. I couldn’t get my foot I it. No give to the shoes at all so had to return. Love the look, though!

These were cute but I have weird feet, and as soon as I realized they had zero arch support, I knew I would not be able to wear them.

I am normally a women's 11 but ordered the 42/US 12 which is the largest available in this shoe, and it is too short. By toe hits the end of the shoe. I love the look, but they just don't fit.

I do not believe a Size 10 is a EU40. Please check. Thank you

Loved the shoe, but way TOO small. I'm normally a 10.5. I tried an 11 & a 12 and both were way to small.

The shoe is great. We went from 40 to 42 before the fit worked. Apparently a new vendor. Have two pairs of 41's that fit perfect! Love the shoe!

Love the look of the shoe but the footbed is much narrower then my foot so my foot overhangs the edges. Had to return. I would need a wider footbed, but if you have a narrow or narrow-regular width foot, it would fit you fine. Based on the other reviews I ordered a size 39 because I normally wear a 9 and that was the right size. Thank goodness for the Zappos easy return process.

Very cute shoes and comfortable, but about a half size short. The toe of the shoe slants down toward the sole that results in less room at the toe of the shoe.

Can’t wear them. Way too small. Item described as size 12 US. Maybe they were mislabeled? Have to be returned.

Good looking shoes, unfortunately returning because zero arch support, feet wobble around. Bummed!!!

This shoe is so comfortable. The red color is beautiful. I gave the shoe a 3 because it loosened so much after just 2 uses. I normally wear a 6.5 and based on recommendation I ordered 37. the shoes are so big now when I walk my foot actually comes out. Not happy that I’m now out over $80.

A bit unhappy that the shoe stretched so much that after just two uses my foot actually comes out when I walk. I used the size chart and got the recommended size. I normally wear a 6.5 and went with the 37. Now I’m stuck with a shoe I can’t wear and out $90

I am a true 5 1/2. I bought a 6 because that is the smallest these come in. When slipping them on, it is hard to get your foot in, but once on, they fit true to size. Mine are a little big so I wear a little running sock with it and it’s fine. They also stretch. If you are a half size, I would not size up. They stretch and become very loose. I am not convinced that these are going to last very long.

Super cute with textured looking cutouts on the white sole. Makes the soles less starkly white. Perforated upper so cute too. But, critical for me: No arch support at all. The insole is padded but no arch support to be found.

These are so cute, I am keeping them and hoping they will stretch, as promised by commenters. I normally wear a 9.5 M/B. I got the 10/40s and could barely get my feet into them the first time. I felt like one of Cinderella's stepsisters. I've worn them twice again, for a few not-very-comfortable hours each time. It's still a struggle to put them on and my toes are jammed tight against the tops of the shoes. I can't return them, at this point. They are visibly worn. So I'm just hoping. Nothing rubs or pinches so, if they stretch, they will be fine. But, if I'd tried them on at a brick and mortar store, I would have never brought them home.

Great shoe, light, nice support, but fit too tight for high arch. Will try a different style.

i love this shoe to look at but it was too tight and difficult to try on...i have bunions and hammer toes so needless to say the shoe looked terrible on my feet and really crammed...the tulip 140 was acceptable and smoother fit...i was sad because i really wanted both to work

Disappointing purchase. A few weeks ago I purchased this shoe in a different color at a retail store. I usually wear a European size of 40 or 41, my purchase was size 41. I loved the shoe so much that I wanted it in another color and I turned to Zappos to make this second purchase. I ordered size 41, the box and the shoe was stamped size 41, however I could hardly force my foot into the shoe. In a comparison the two purchases, this second one was nearly half an inch shorter. I keep seeing other comments that the shoe runs small, but this was beyond one size shorter. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I am so grateful for Zappos return policy and look forward to size 42 becoming available.
