When buying sneakers fit $175, the least you expect is for them to be done. Yes, I mean finished lol. THere are 4 missing holes for the laces in one of of pair. Sadly for me, I threw away the box and I I can’t return them now.

I have been wearing Newbalance 993s for years. They were out in my size so I tried the 990v5. These are much less supportive in the heal and cause me pain.

I bought these because I need a shoe that is wide in the toe and high in the arch. But the length was almost two inches longer than the same size in the 860v10. I returned them immediately but have not yet received credit or confirmation of the return

This didn't fit at all like my other similar pairs do

I use these shoes for work. I work in a warehouse that has only concrete floors. Being on my feet all day on such a hard surface I need good shoes. I love the brand new balance but frustrated with online buying. For one I need shoes that have the extra support on the outside of the soles normally I can tell by pictures if the shoe will work for me but of course this shoe online doesn't have a front profile picture so I couldn't tell if the support was more concentrated on the inside or outside of the shoe. Get them and wear them for two days at work and got terrible knee and foot pain this specific shoe was terrible for me. My feet were rolling to the outsides because of the huge supports on the insides. My ankles hurt, my knees hurt everything was a mess. These shoes were not for me. Time to look for new ones.

I ordered first New Balance 990 v5 sneaker after it was recommended to me after my knee replacement. Followed your sizing chart to the tee, waited, waited and my new sneaker finally arrived after quite sometime to only return it the same day. One needs to add 1/2 a size to a full size in addition to your actual length of your foot...toe to heel measurement. Half size is NOT 1/2" bigger but only 1/6th of an inch longer, what do you know, I didn't know that either....When my money is returned almost $200.00 then I will reorder same sneaker one full size longer to accommodate wiggling room for toes and sock. It is the initial dealing with a new company that a hit or miss. I believe if New Balance stated what I stated above there would not be many returns for wrong sizing. I'm anxiously waiting for the whole process to be over and me able to get out and go.

I had these shoes a few months before they started to rip around the toe. I don't run but I do walk about 5 miles a day. I wasn't sure if it was a personal problem I was having- wrong size, etc. but when I was watching 'How to with John Wilson' and I noticed he had the same problem with the shoes. They need to be reinforced under the mesh or use a stronger mesh. I tried reaching out the 800 number on the website, from there they asked me to visit their site and upload photos and after I did that they sent me another email to upload photos and answer questions. I don't understand their customer service, I have to be more accommodating in the salon I work in and customer service representative is no where in my job title.

Received my girlfriends pair with a black smudge on them. Luckily she's a sweetheart and let it slide.

I did not like them and I am returning them. The shoe look to big and did not fit comfortable

Every pair I have ordered has been defective. Stitching on side not complete and on tongue. I usually buy them on Boylston Street due to COVID do not want to go in store. Do they not check these sneakers before going out. Do not want rejects.

So far after a few days use I'm not happy with this purchase. I find the sneakers very stiff and rigid. I've been wearing NB FRESHFOAM 1080 for several years. There's no comparison. The 1080s were comfortable and flexible from the initial wearing. I'm hoping these sneakers will start to feel comfortable soon!

I can't wear these shoes. For some reason they hurt my feet. The arch is in the wrong place and the ball of my foot hurts when I wear them. I wore them 2 days and it was a relief not to put them on the next day!!

Shoe is not true to size- not comfortable as a walking shoe as it slides around on my foot even though it's the same size I've been wearing from New Balance for years. I'm sorry I bought them.

This shoes is the worst shoes I ever buy. They are ti pricey and they are not comfortable at all. I don't recommend this shoes to any one. Don't waste your money.

I bought these for the arch support plus they come in wide which I need. But these shoes are so hard and uncomfortable. They are heavy, bulky, hard, not plush, not comfortable what so ever.

My foot is narrow and this was to long and big. They felt to heavy. Had to return.

Think twice before you buy these shoes.This was my 2nd ever pair of NB shoes (have always worn Nike). Within 3 months of purchase, a hole developed in the mesh on the top of my shoe right over my big toe. BOTH pairs of NB shoes did that!! I have owned a lot of shoes in my 50+ years and never had this happen with any other brand!! I took them back to the New Balance store where I bought them and they said they could only give me credit for half the price I paid, and ONLY if I bought ANOTHER pair. What a rip off! I Spent all this money and only got 3 months of use out of these shoes. I wish I had read the reviews because the same thing has happened to other people. Needless to say, I am extremely upset at wasting hundreds of dollars on NB shoes! If I could give zero stars I would.

This is not the same quality shoe I normally get. I even called. It is a cheaper version. the sides of the shoe are big and loose. my feet actually hurt wearing these! I had to wear them to work so I am unable to return them. I need to try on in the store. I have been wearing this style shoe for years. I expect a discount as soon as your store opens. and I need another pair of shoes.

I have purchased New Balance for about 15 or more years now because I have a somewhat narrow foot and need a half size. I have always marveled at how light weight the shoes have been. I walk 3 miles nearly every day and have done so for many years. I truly am a fitness walker and have competed in the past. This shoe continues to feel heavy and awkward. Great disappointment, especially when considering the cost.

My split pace is 1 second slower, but more concerning is shin splint onset that I haven't had in 30 years. They are very heavy feelilng
