I'm sure why my shoe is peeling. I barely wear it and also I have a desk job. I haven't had it for an entire month yet

Runs big and i didn't have the energy to send them back so i gave them away wasted my money

The shoes are comfortable and lightweight. However, for the price I'm paying for a new pair, I received used shoes. It had creases and debris in the sole like small rocks and grass. I'm on the fence of returning it because, although I'm grossed out, I don't want to wait any longer because I plan to use these as work shoes and my current ones aren't as comfortable. Overall, good shoes but beware.. someone may have already stepped in them.

I had always bought your W1540sp3 and loved them. I wish you still had them, but they were discontinued. I will have to try another brand. These shoes are not the same, although they appear similar.

I wear 10.5 narrow shoes. I don't have a lot to choices. The New Balance 990v5 is just right for me and provides the stability missing in less expensive shoes.

Got this for my mom but she didn't have major differences between these ones and the less expensive ones with the firmer base.

These run bigger and I have a lot of issues with sizing never being accurate with New Balance. Needed them for a trip, so now stuck with 1/2 size too big- wish the sizing was communicated clearer - as I did not have time for an exchange, and these were really expensive.

I'm really upset with the fact of me ordering the wrong size it's the fact that I can't do an exchange.

I would not buy this product in black again by mail.

I have worn 990s for years (versions 3-5). Currently, I have 2 pairs of the 990V5s that I have run through. I always get size 7.5 standard. However, something changed in the last year with new balance and the same shoes I have always ordered are now about 1.5in longer. New Balance says they didn't change their sizes for the 990V5 when I called. They thought maybe it was just a fluke. I have now ordered 3 more pairs and the sizes are all off. I can see a drastic difference when I compare the same size to my old 990V5s. I have returned them and fingers crossed I can get a size 7 to work. This was the best shoe for me and I am so bummed by the mislabeled shoe sizes or straight-up size change.

Super cute but only got to wear them twice before the mesh ripped :(

I REALLY WANTED TO PURCHASE SNEAKERS MADE IN THE USA BUT WAY TO BULKY I FEEL LIKE I'M WEARING CLODHOPPERS.
