Got size 91/2 little to big, got a 9 narrow, no medium on stock, 9 narrow I couldn't even get my foot in it, looked like a small kids shoe. Finally got a 9 medium that fits well. Very high quality set of sneakers.

This is a newer version than what I've been wearing and I didn't care for them; they felt like they had no support or padding on the sole itself compared to the older versions. I tried a $50 pair of NB insoles fin them first, but had to return them, couldn't use for running or even walking with friends. I hope they work better for you!

Excellent comfort and fit

As others noted, the tongue on this particular style seemed a bit longer and hit against the ankle. From a style perspective, these made my feet look wider, so therefore were not as flattering on me. Good support, but just not the right shoe for me.

Excited to find a great brand made in the USA. However, for me the price was a factor. I can only wear a regular shoe on my left foot as my right shoe is custom made with the brace built in. Sad to have to return them.

This is my go-to athletic shoe. This is the third version of this model I have ordered. They feel great and are made well. A bonus is they are made in the USA. Only issue I have with this shoe is it would be great if there was some sort of toe reinforcement. The mesh material wears at the big toe and invariably I end up with impressions or holes in the toes.

I am a true New Balance fan. I bought these to replace a pair I’ve had for a very long time, which were purchased in a great shoe store - remember those? Because that store no longer exists, I was having difficulty finding a place that could provide a professional fit for me with my clunky wide feet. Zappos to the rescue, I guess, but mainly because I felt like I knew what I needed in this case. Way back I wasn’t sold on the mesh uppers, but having worn mesh for awhile now, I’m good with it. Mesh beats vinyl any day. I like the color of this shoe and for some reason I really like the reflective strips. I’m like a kid when the light picks up the shine in the near dark. Honestly, I’d love to have the light up shoes like the kids get. On to practicality, these shoes are comfortable with one caveat. You will want to upgrade the insole. At first I didn’t think I would need to, but after wearing them several times, I knew I had to drop in a pair of Superfeet to stave off my old nemesis plantar fasciitis, which is what I have in my last pair of NB. The insoles make all the difference (I wore through two sets) and I’m looking forward to another long term relationship with these shoes.

I wear a 7 in NB but these felt wide and too long. Unfortunately will have to rtn.
