Style I selected is a bit more shoe than a 72-year old woman needs. May need something a little lighter, less "rugged". Consequently I have returned and anxiously looking forward to seeing a credit posted to my MasterCard. Thanks.

Fashionable shoe. Excellent construction and support! Too heavy for my needs, so returned. Another NB style may fit my summer casual needs. NB shoes are excellent overall.

I love New Balance shoes - I always have. I have had many pairs of NB over the years and have loved how the feel and fit. I wear orthotics and they slip right in under the wonderful pad in the shoe. Could wear the shoe for hours and still feel great. I am actually planning to order another exact same pair. My husband currently has 5 pair of NB in the hallway.

I'm a senior citizen that has been wearing New Balance since the 80's. They fit perfectly have great arch support and are fashionable.

Love these shoes! I recently saw them on someone's Instagram while I was in the midst of looking for a nice pair of shoes for all the walking I've been doing. Instantly loved them from the pic so I knew I had to get them. They are amazing! So beyond comfortable and go with everything! I normally fall in between an 8.5 (in most shoe brands) and 9 (for some Nike shoes). I first tried an 8.5 and they were just a little too small so I ended up going for the 9 in these and they fit perfectly. 10/10 recommend these shoes!

Thinking that these shoes might pinch my little toe, I ordered a wide, even though I have never needed wide before. Wow, where they wide. Had to send them back and reorder a medium width, but when I did there turned out to be another color combination available which hadn't been there the first time I ordered. I got them, (called gold and silver, but really sparkly gold on gray, with a darker gray) and I love them. New Balance shoes are the greatest. And return and reorder were very easy.

They are very comfortable. I haven't worn them a lot because of the COVID virus stay at home order.

I love these sneakers! They are comfortable, supportive and fit really nicely. The color options were a bit limited but I love that they are USA made.

I'm hesitant to buy shoes online because it's hard to get a good fit. I had bought a similar New Balance shoe in a store in the past, it lasted well, but finally was worn enough to merit replacing. Not being able to go to a store, I looked for the same shoe online. They fit great, looked exactly as expected, and arrived quickly. I'm satisfied.

This is my first pair of 990v5 shoes. At first the shoes feel a little stiff but will break in after a few uses. Now my shoes are very comfortable and I use them all the time. They fit true to size as well. I highly recommend this shoe for anyone who wants a pair of shoes for everyday use.

My wife walks an hour every day and bikes three days a week as well and these shoes work great for her.

I had worn out my 990v4 shoes and needed to replace them. I was so happy to find these 990v5's online as we cannot shop in the stores. Fortunately, they fit perfectly like my v4s did!
