I have super high arches, supination, and wide feet. Not easy to find shoes that are comfortable, but these fit the bill! I find them very comfortable (immediately) with plenty of room in the toe box, and support my foot properly so it doesn't roll out. I previously was wearing the 840s running shoe but that eventually gave way to my supination. These seem much more balanced.

I absolutely love these shoes I would say to size a half size down. Normally I am a 8.5 in women's and I had to re order a size 8 which for perfect and so comfy!

I work in long term care & they are the best ever in new balance however wanted a different color that wasn't available

Us size is a little smaller than eu size, thats why must choose half bigger size, like me :)

This is the only shoe in a narrow size that allows me to run and power walk, usually on pavement, without injuring my knees. I'm 62 and super cautious when it comes to joint maintenance. I replace the insoles with NB high impact insoles, and that makes the shoe even better. A little pricey, but well worth it!

I really can't wear any other shoe, nor do I want to.

I've had my 990s for almost 2 years now and they're literally my favorite shoe. They're so comfy and go with just about anything. I plan to buy another pair.

Very comfortable shoes that accommodate my orthotics. They used to come in white. I hope they bring back that color.

My feet don't hurt with these shoes. Finally! I put my orthotic in them and they are perfect!

I'm really enjoying these shoes! I'm between a size 7 1/2 and 8- but needed to order the larger size. They seem well-built and comfortable.

Love this sneaker, but after wearing other sneakers with less support, I found wearing them a few hours at a time at first worked best. Now, I love them and can wear them indefinitely. Great support!

This shoe (990v5) was made for Plantare Fasciitis feet & is very comfortable with it's support system. The fit is like no other that gives comfort & relief by stability. I wear an 11 N & hard to fit. I've had Planter Fasciitis for 4 yrs & have Fibromyalgia, which, keeps it from healing completely & going away. I definitely recommend this shoe to anyone who has Planter Fasciitis. Although, I ask the developer of this shoe to PLEASE, make the outside of the shoe more feminine for women. If only making the "NB" insignia pink or a different color. This would give it some feminine appeal instead of the more manly look! I appreciate "New Balance" for carrying this model for Plantar Fasciitis patient's

First i thought that they where a bit uncomfortable comparing to my running shoes but in a few days they became very comfortable, guess the take the form of our feet after a wearing them some time.

It is the most comfortable shoe on the market. I would buy it again.
