I recently tried another brand sneaker for walking only to experience toe pain after using for a few months. I returned to the 990v5 and am very pleased with fit and comfort.

I have a very high arch, so these shoes are great for walking. I have had many pairs of the same kind through the years because they work so well.

I purchased these sneakers based upon the reviews as well as the description from NB. I have issues with my knees and needed a good supportive sneaker that actually looked good as well. These did not disappoint. They are very comfortable and supportive and felt great while walking. This is an expensive sneaker but is well worth the price to get me up and going. They are also made in the USA which is VERY important to me.

I wear my shoes for tennis. They are light weight yet sturdy for quick movements. Stylish with great lines on toe box. Feels comfortable on first wearing.

The sneakers are very comfortable and roomy. Truly wide fit. Excellent for a long day on your feet.

I had been waiting for these to restock. I had heard so many good things about them. When they arrived, I was a little scared. When I initially tried them on, they fit a little snug. I looked up multiple reviews to see if it was just me that caught a bad pair, but NO. The other night I wore them out for a walk, and man... they were great. Super comfortable, kept my feet warm. I love them!

I love these sneakers! The fit is perfect and very comfortable I've had them before, so I bought another pair this year in the grey and they are very easy to spot clean. Next year I will treat myself to a new pair to motivate me to keep walking!

I had worn NB for years for running. I "ran" away from NB after being fitted for a pair thatwelldidn't fit. I have a narrow foot and these hug my heel well. Glad to be back with NB.

These are excellent shoes but they need more cushion. Gel insoles did the trick.
