May not have been right fit, but I bought this per podiatrist's recommendations for better support. I have post tibial tendinitis due to underpronation. It was quite uncomfortable and I actually injured my knee while wearing it on treadmill for first time. I immediately went to Nb store to get refunded and got 880 version 10'which worked much better

Very supportive and cushioning. A perfect fit. A little heavy but worth it. Great for heavy runners

Im stage 4 brain cancer patient with diabetes/lyme . My feet are injured from the lyme & I need to walk to fight the diabetes & extend my life. The entire NB team worked with me on my 990v5 sneakers & not only did the NB team got me dialed in but I saw so much human compassion Thank you NB!

They arrived on a Sunday and earlier than forecasted. They fit like a dream and look great!

The new balance 990v5 is amazing. They're comfortable and in style. Would definitely recommend others to purchase this product!

My husband likes it very much and we bought it for my son as his birthday gift. We got size 8, but it is longer, so have to return it and will buy size 7.5 again.

I have limited feedback, but what I have is positive. According to the birthday boy, these are the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. That's it. Sorry.

At first I was very excited to see that most of the shoe was made in the USA. I was very happy that the shoe had a nice wide toe box as I have a wide foot / 13. I ended up ordering the 13 wide and it fit perfectly. I also picked up the new balance thin insert and they have worked really well. I mostly use the treadmill but could see these working well on the road as well. I'm really impressed with the quality of the shoe and am excited to see how long they last vs other shoes that I have used from NB that are about $50 less

Favorite shoe of all time,literally can go with everything you wear

I have worn these shoes as my everyday shoes for about 5 years. They fit well and are durable.

I have purchased this style of NB for years and this new version isn't the same quality. I felt the difference but, thought I would break in over time but, they started to cause foot pain. I would not recommend I contact NB and no response from customer service.

I wanted to love this shoe but after trying wear it for 1 week my feet where in pain.The 990v5 has an issue with the bottom inside heal area,not sure if other people have the same issue but theres something the squeezes and digs your heels on the bottom sides and insole bottoms of the shoe area. After wearing them for a couple of hours this causes your heals of your feet to hurt.I tried to see if they just needed to be broken in but this did not change after wearing them for a week,could not return due to wearing them. the quality of the shoe is amazing,its well built and also look great but this one flaw in the inside heal area makes me wish I never bought the shoe.

The dispatch was fast and the 2E width is perfect, no complaint for the item itself but the outer box packaging can be done better.

The most comfortable shoe I ever put on my feet, I purchase at least 3 pair yearly
