I've worn a dozen of the same pair of New Balance shoes over the years a great fit, comfortable and durable.

Bought a pair for my boyfriend, he loves them. Most comfortable sneakers he's had- planning on buying another pair.

Perfect fit for me for last 10+ years - this is my 3rd or 4th one. Nice that NB makes it in multiple widths. I use it for around-town + walking + light jogging. Being a supinator, the outside heels wears out rather early but other than that, it goes years before the top starts to come loose.

Really disappointed . The sole of the 990v5 is hard as a rock . I wonder if New Balance changed the material composition of the sole. Was killing my feet . In addition after only 100 miles the tounge fell off. I'm now a Brooks Ghost 14 customer . For the price paid inexcusable.

These shoes are comfortable and give great support and stability. I wish they came with better laces.

I'm a delivery driver and use many different NB shoes and boots throughout the week and year. I put an average 8 miles a day on my feet with your products. Ive been increasing disappointed not with the quality but availability of my size and type of shoe I've been accustomed to. I realize with the supply chain struggle it's been hard for everyone, but it took months for any variation in shoe to become available in my size. My biggest complaint is that I've missed out on many promotions before and during the holidays. I only wish I could lock in these deals for when my size finally became available. Had you not had my size this time I would have been forced to look elsewhere.

The product I received in the mail was nothing like the picture.

Combination power walking, running and casual wear on family outings.

My treadmill and road shoe. I'm 70 years old and try to get 14-15 miles in per week and these really work well for me. I've been wearing NB for as long as I can remember because I need a narrow width and the V5 meets my needs. I wish the tongue had an opening so I could run the laces through it to keep it securely in place.

They are just ok... I haven't found anything that would justify the $200+ price tag yet.

These are definitely overrated and causing heel pain for me.

These are by far the best "daily driver" sneaker I have owned in a long time. The are both modern and retro, and pair easily with jeans, joggers, shorts, etc. Tied or untied, they excel at being comfortable. After a year of pretty solid use mine are holding up really well. Are they a little pricey? Yeah, but there is a premium for the American Made which I'm personally happy to pay. If there was a "miss" with this shoe - and it really isn't one - it's the weight. I wouldn't recommend them as a pure runner as they are fairly heavy. They are fine for for a couple miles at the gym but I'd choose differently for anything over that. Overall, will buy again. Very happy.

they are the best shoe i ever had i used this brand for 55 years i just returned other brands that was advertise to be better cheaper is not better

Great shoe have had several they the years. I wear a 14AA, and it's very hard to find a good fit, but this one is it

Have been a New Balance fan for years. There athletic shoes are great quality and comfortable. I use them for walking as well as jogging. I prefer a heavier shoe for balance and stability and have been very pleased.

I walk 45 to 50 miles a week and these shoes are not as comfortable as the 993s

Great walking/everyday shoe, especially for tall and heavier folks. When I buy a new pair, I use the old pair for the gym and yard work. Also like the USA content.
