I have been purchasing these shoes, or previous versions of them for many years now. The only tennis/running shoe that comes in my size, which is a 2A. Thank you very much. I would have to go barefoot without you :)

After purchasing a pair that were made in Asia, finally found out there are some shoes still being produced here in the States. Cost a lot more, but to me, very worth it.

Bought the 990 by mistake and exchanged for the 993, a better shoe at same price. At my age I walk and don't run. The color grey is just fine by me.

It took months to get the 990v5 back in stock in my particular size and color, but it was worth the wait. They look great and continue to be the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Maybe I should get another pair before they're gone again.

The only things I don't like are the shoestrings are a bit short, and they run a little small to actual size. I wore thin socks and am able to use them.

Best fit shoe for my drop foot and brace. My feet don't get fatigued anymore.

I got mine about 3 weeks and they've been an awesome shoe all around, with the neutral grey color I don't have to worry about matching too much, they are really comfortable and work well with long walks or busy days in general, overall 10/10 would definitely recommend although I will say getting the narrow fit is probably best looking,

I use this shoe primarily for walking and exercising. This shoe is very comfortable for some one with fallen arches and planter facilitis!

First time with a 6E sneaker. My feet finally feel good walking.

perfect fit perfect cushioning no other products With the release of X-Wide I wear it comfortably.

I love new balance shoes and when I saw these were made in the USA , even if they cost more than the ones from China, decided these are the ones I want.

Bought to replace the gray 550s purchased probably 18 years ago before there were versions! He never liked the gray and when I found v5 in blue it was a done deal. He loves them and the fit is like heaven.

I love this shoe, that have used many time before!

Been running and walking in these shoes for over 40 years. Same quality and durability. When I die I'll be wearing my NB.

Very comfortable and well made, but pretty expensive but I was glad to buy a shoe that was "MADE IN THE USA"

That why I have over 15 pairs of New Balance running, walking hiking boots, etc. The only shoes that have never cramped my toes when I order the 4E width. Excellent quality.

I've relied on the NB990 for at least a dozen marathons. Now that I've stopped running they are still a great shoe for walking. I ordered wide..for the first time..and they feel a bit "sloppy" on my feet. Next time I'll go back to D width
