Good thing is that I don't have to spend any extra time shopping. This is the only NB Model shoe that I buy. I have a pair in each of the 3 colors and would not purchase any other shoe of this type.

I have bought many of this shoe and it's previous versions. Use it for walking. Last 4 shoes I ordered were in Grey Color. I wanted Black and/or Navy but they have not been available in 12.5 Extra Narrow(12.5 AA) so I bought Grey but really wanted Black or Navy. That is my only complaint about the order.

So far so good. I rotate shoes four pairs four shifts.

Comfortable, stylish and I'll definitely buy another pair.

My husband wears a Size 13 Double Narrow. I buy this shoe for him as it is comfortable on his feet and comes in the size he needs.

I've used the product to walk for extended periods of time and even jogged in them. They are comfortable and ready to wear out the box.

My husband proclaimed these were the best shoes ever today. In fact this is his 4th pair throughout the years .. he's a football coach and on his feet a lot. Highly recommend

Use them to walk at the track 3 days a week. Good structural well made shoe. I bought an 8.5 4E width. After a couple of days the balls of my feet and the outer side of my feet were/are feeling hot. Hopefully this is just a breaking in effect

I have been wearing the 990 series shoes since the 1990's and til today. I own 2 pairs , one grey, one blue. They are built in the USA at factories in Lawrence,Massachusetts and Scarboro,Maine. The suede is so soft and top quality. The shoes break in nicely , midsole cushioning is a little stiff at first, but so supportive. They get softer with age, but will never be as soft as the 1080 fresh foam shoes that New balance makes. The shoe will last you 5 years or more of life and worth the money at LLbean...

12.5 was much bigger than previous 12-1/2 purchase.

Very comfortable . could walk /run for miles in these. I would recommend ordering a size down because they are very roomy.

Had to guess on the size based on previous shoes. Got it right. They fit perfect and they look good. Would be nice if it came in other colors, but i am happy.

Ordered the 990V5 online. Order was processed in a timely manner and the shoes were delivered. Unfortunately, the inner foam cushion for the right shoe was missing. Took me awhile to figure out why the right shoe wasn't comfortable. The missing foam cushion leads me to believe that this was a shoe that had been returned. Disappointed, as I ordered online to get brand new shoes. I am a regular wearer of NB shoes and this is the second time that I received used shoes from an online order. The first time it was obvious the shoes were used as there were clear scuff marks on both shoes. Please don't sully your reputation.

I finally found a company who carries a quality shoe in my width. Thanks for accommodating those of us with round feet.
