NB shoes with extra wide feet are best for my feet. Though the shoes are comfortable, they are a little heavy. I believe there are better comfortable shoes than NB and a little less expensive too but they are little narrow and hence I went for NB

Love my shoes. Take a XXwide and so ordered a 2E, not knowing NB's 2E is really XXXX wide. On pro side, Anazon issued refund immediately but needed to wait another 2 weeks for correct pair.

When I could go to my local New Balance store, they would give me a 10% discount because I have been buying NB for 20 years. But online, I am offered no incentive to continue buying NB.

Ordered the vegan 11.5 and they were too big - sent them back no problem. Ordered the black/silver 11's - too small in length, returned to the store and tried the 11 wide in black, fit great! Went home an ordered 11 wide in black/silver and a pair of More v3 in silver/white - I have the More v3 in black/white size 11 that I use for work so I wanted a pair for home and running. The More v3 arrived first and they're too short! I think the sizing is in consistent cuz my black/white More v3's fit great, especially in the toe box. Then I got the black/silver 990 v5's. Again, the sizing seems inconsistent. The all black pair I tried in the store fit like a glove, but these are a bit long in length, but not enough to send back. They actually feel real comfortable Solid construction, quality materials, real nice foot bed. The tongue tho, it slips toward the front of the shoe with walking. I managed to rig it by using the the 2nd to last shoe lace hole to pull the tongue up so that it stays in place. Thankfully the laces are extra long so that this is possible. Overall I'm stoked. I expect these shoes to last a long time - definitely an everyday shoe. And New Balance has been great. I've ordered and returned several pairs of shoes in the process and had no issues. My collection includes 880 V10, More v3, and 990 v5. Muy Bien! Gracias!

Except for one thing, there is no laces loop on the shoe's tongue to keep it in place; bit of disappointment for a shoe that costs that much.

Use these shoes daily. They are very comfortable. Only snag is they wear pretty fast.

Love the shoes, nice looking and very comfortable for walking. The only thing is that the size is not fitting my feet and I can feel plenty room in the shoes that my feet can move. Despite this, I would still recommend to purchase this sneaker if you want to have a comfortable one for outdoor walking. Just remember to select half size down to your true size.

I bought this product for my mom because she had foot pain, and her doctor recommends this product for her. She likes it so much because she feels very comfortable. The only thing I still don't like because of its high price and available stocking, I tried to order many places and many times, but it is always in cancel order status.

We love the shoes and only wear New Balance. Can't figure out why you put flat white laces in them. It made them look cheap. I quickly replaced the laces with grey oval laces.

Things I like: made in the USA in a width that fits my foot. What I don't like is the price.

Ok shoe , just over priced. Will find a pair priced lower next time.

Only game in town. When your feet are EEEEEE wide, your choices are limited. New Balance provides the shoes I need. Pricing is climbing and climbing. Quality is not improving.

They may be the most expensive sneakers I ever purchased, so I was expecting perfection. Not quite, but they offer support and are comfortable.

The tongue length on the right shoe is approximately 1/2 inch shorter than the left shoe.

I use these shoes for daily walking. It seems that the fit on theses newer shoes are a little bigger than the older ones. still a well made american shoe. I would recommend these to anyone that enjoys taking a long walk.

Walk on concrete floors 8-12 hours a day they are very comfortable

This shoe is very comfortable and looks great as far as comfort I give a edge to the 993 but it will not disappoint

I used running shoes for plantar fasciitis with Dr Scholls. Running shoes have more padding than walking shoes. Add the DR SCHOLLS plantar fasciitis pads and they work pretty well for people who are working beyond age 65.

This shoe is starting to "grow" on me. When I first tried them, the left heel was coming loose. After and adjustment, it is much more secure and comfortable enough for long walks.

I have no vested interest in your company. I do not know anyone who works for NB. I am a "lifelong" customer. NB 900 series only shoe I have bought since they came out in the 80's. Love them. "Jogged" 3-4 miles almost daily for 20+ years. Participated in 5Ks and 10Ks. Nothing serious. Then went to a walking program. Still walking in NB 900 series today. Always comfortable, fit well. I wear them daily. I have a complaint. A while back I bought a pair of 990v5, M990GL5 Size 9 1/2, MFG 2118, LOC L They "squeak" when I walk. I recently bought this pair; 990v5, M990GL5, Size 9 1/2, MFG 2214, LOC D. These shoes also "squeak". I do not wish to return them. I am not asking for a refund. I make this comment as I know NB to be a good shoe and the company might want to know some of their shoes are kinda noisy. Never had that problem before. I will be back for my next pair, tho.
