This is my 10th pair of NB top of the line shoes and I've never been disappointed. I have a very wide foot and these are the only shoes that feel comfortable as soon as you put them on.

I use the 990v5 shoes as daily walkers. I am 81 and walk on average 3.5 to 4.5 miles daily. These shoes are comfortable and supportive. This my 3rd pair and will be my next! Delivery was as promised and free. I recommend these made in America shoes over any others

When I was in the Army 20 years ago, these were the shoe of choice for running and physical training. Last year's running shoes became this year's daily wear. Now, many years later, they are still the best choice for my lifestyle. While all my friends in their Nikes complain about their foot pain, I go about my daily activities in comfort. These are worth every penny, and I hope to be wearing them for many years to come.

NB has width sizes, I have a 4E foot, it is nice to be able to get the correct size. Most other shoe companies only have M & W and will not work for me. Also get that you can still buy American in this day and age.

The quality is what you'd expect from a "Made in the USA" NB pair. I'm a fan!

Although the model designations seem to change frequently, I always search the New Balance web site for these shoes. I've been wearing them for about 20 years. I essentially spend my waking moments in them since I'm retired. The shoes are very comfortable and come in my narrow foot size. I can usually get a couple of years of wear from a pair, then they become my dog walking shoes, and I order the next pair. The gray on gray colors go well with jeans and are not garish. Overall, a great shoe.

I've been wearing NewBalance for the last 30 years, they fit me the best out of all sneakers made bar none. I'm an 11.5 EE, and no others feel as good or last as long as the 990 collections over the years.

V5 introduces an innovative design and comfortable fit. Overall, high-qulity shoes, but suede surface slightly peeled off.

I use this as my errand shoe usually, but it has excellent support, breathability, and high endurance for all day use. Plus, it looks absolutely swell!

These New Balance sneakers I bought are so comfortable & fit like a glove. New Balance are the only sneaker I will ever buy in future & there customer service is like no other I've ever had to deal with just complete professionals. I had a size problem with an order that I bought a few months ago & they gave me no problem at all & told me to send them back giving me a credit. I will never forget that professionalism that they gave me.

I've been wearing these shoes since my college days 25 years ago. They are still the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

These shoes are comfortable, and certainly don't lack any of the technology or vanity previous iterations of the 990 that have came before. I typically use this as my errand shoe and it does more than get the job done! Legit enjoy the look and feel of them

Walking mostly have been using NB sneakers for decades. Always comfortable on my hour+ walks. Bought USA made this go round.

I'm 65 w/ a back that won't allow me to run or jump. These got their most use on an eliptical machine. Comfortable and nice looking. But first pair came apart after 5 years. These apart in < 2. My last!

Shoes look good, fit great, and are comfortable. I plan to purchase a second pair.

I've been wearing 990's for many years and continue to appreciate their consistent fit, comfort, and durability. All around great product.

I'm a big man and this is the only sneaker that works for me. Even tried ASICS last month did not work for me returned them. When you have sales ie 20% off never on 990v5 (sad) very long time customer

We had to send the shoes back. There were no holes for the ahoelaces on one of the shoes.

I've worn 990s of various versions for over twenty years now. I'll keep wearing them as long as New Balance continues to make them.
