I ordered these in a 10 B which is my normal shoe size. The shoes fit fine as far as length and width went. The cushioning was also fine, not to thin and not so thick it felt like a pillow. The issue I had with these shoes was that the right shoe's top extended above the lower part of my ankle bone. This caused some pain and discomfort. If these were a $50 pair of shoes I might have lived with it and given them time to break in. But, as these were almost a $200 pair of shoes I was not going to take the chance on the break in never happening, so I had to return them.

Love my new NB 990s. Bought 9 1/2s blue 990s V4 last year. A little too long, and finish isn't as nice as new shoes.

The fit felt good. The larger toe box is good for me.

This is my husband's second pair of these shoes. Although they are quite expensive the comfort they give him allows him to do a lot more walking without hip, knee or foot pain. Well worth it. I replaced his previous pair after 8 mos., but as I said the comfort is priceless!

I have worn New Balance sneakers for my work as a nurse for years. I have bunions and really wide feet, and NB was always the best. This pair was awful! Tight in the toe box, and uncomfortable. I lined up my old NB sneakers side by side, and the width difference was very obvious. This is NOT the shoe if you have wide feet. They’re going back, and my search for comfy work shoes continues.
