It's a little too big and I don't like your choice of colors. I contacted customer service weeks ago and haven't heard a thing. How do I know I can get my luggage serviced if I have a problem?

The first thing I did when I took the piece out of the box was pull up the extendable handle. It would not go back into the luggage no matter what I did. I could not find anything online to help me remedy the situation. Even telephone Customer Service is on hiatus. Eventually, my son-in-law worked (hard!) to get the handle back in so I could return the luggage. I was disappointed because the piece seemed very nice otherwise. However, I would not know if I would have the same experience on a re-order.

It smelled musty. The suitcase was great, except for the smell. Returned it.

I actually liked everything about this piece of luggage, except for one thing it has a horrible chemical smell! I even tried airing for a week, but the smell never went away. I wouldn't want to use this because I'm afraid it would leave my clothing smelling the same way. I ended up purchasing the more expensive hard side platinum case, which I highly recommend.

Much smaller and flimsier version of previous model. I don't expect this recent purchase to last as long as the previous model I've had for years. I had to purchase two of these for my kids. Thank goodness it didn't fall apart during our recent travels.

The old Rollaboard were a perfectly useful size and could be put in a train overhead and lugged up a set of Paris Metro step. The new size despite being airline compliant is too small. The medium and large size spinners are to large to be generally luggable. Please make the old size, even if only for check-in.

Love that it's lightweight.but falls over with anything on top or when you roll over any lips or changes in jetway

Item was refused at time of delivery. Customer service has yet to issue a credit. Initiating a dispute with my credit card company

I was very sad to see the seams on my Maxlite 5 21" Carry-On Expandable Spinner :( This was my very first purchase of Travel Pro luggage as recommended by my husband. The seams looked as though they were stressed on arrival, and for such a highly rated company, I was sadly disappointed

First use- traveling abroad I ordered this bag intending to carryon, but at airline's insistence all bags were checked due to full flight, etc. Upon unpacking at my destination I noticed 1 grommet missing at base of carry handle as well as the grommet on the other side loosened. I'm very disappointed as TravelPro was highly recommended by a friend. I'm insisting on a full refund rather than a replacement as I've lost confidence in luggage durability. If this is how this luggage performed on first use, I don't want to take a chance that it wouldn't happen again.

The telescopic handle does not raise up or down completely. All answers that follow are based on previous travelpro luggage purchased. Recent purchase was not good.

I have been wanting a travelpro for quite some time and finally did my research and selected this bag because it is the right size for an international carry on, and is lightweight. I am sad to say I am disappointed with this bag. It constantly falls forward, which is very frustrating when traveling. I have switched back to my other bag because it doesn't do this. I purchased the azure blue and it stained on the outside the first time I used it.

It's actually smaller - the width is 13" on the outside, not 14.5" as advertised. Also, the handle takes up room inside. I bought this, but returned it for these reasons. If you want the smaller size, it may be a good bag. But if you want what was advertised, this is not the bag for you.

False advertising! Suitcase was listed as 21" but inside measured 19". Too small for a carry on for me.

Why the low rating? TravelPro's non functioning customer service. It was abysmal. Customer service (or lack there of it) removed any confidence in TravelPro as a reputable company and destroyed the joy of receiving birthday gift luggage. Birthday gift purchased to replace 15+ year old luggage. The bag is lightweight and well constructed. Single wheels a drawback but with the warranty WAS willing to try based on TravelPro's reputation for quality if more expensive luggage than other well known brands in that price point. Ordered three bags; only one delivered. Reached out to Customer Service by phone for an update. NO option to speak to a human. Voice recording stated insufficient staff and disconnected the caller. Online chat and emails provided formulaic answers to unasked unrelated questions and solutions that were not helpful, customer friendly and comical. What resolved the issue was a firm polite email to TravelPro providing 3 solutions to resolve the order. Within 24 hours received the missing two suitcases. Cannot recommend TravelPro luggage no matter how good, based on this experience. Have NO faith in the warranty based on experience ordering the luggage

Very disappointed that the inner zipper broke on the first trip. This is the zipper needed only to access the frame, but now that it won't shut, it's created a cavern for stuff to fall into and/or the bottom doesn't lay flat for packing ease.

It's an inch narrower than the specs indicate, so I returned the purchase.

Is it just me? I love the lightness of this offered suitcase, but this is the second one of same brand, size, color, etc., that we ordered (first one was returned), and both have a strong chemical smell that as soon as you opened the box, and even the plastic wrap over bag, and bag itself, has a strong, pungent chemical smell. Our second one continues to sit open in our garage for over one month now. In my attempt to chat with Travelpro customer service, that is not an option. What does one do? I've been a flight attendant for over 20 years, and have never had this experience with any other of my Travelpro pieces. So very sorry that I don't know about using Travelpro any longer.

The suitcase dimensions do not match the specifications. Simply false. The exterior width of this suitcase is 13 inches, not 14.5 as described.

The big suitcase has already ripped after 1 use. I want to return both. Very disappointed.

I thought this bag would be the same as my husband's small carry on TravelPro bag, but in fact his is a couple of inches longer and a couple of inches deeper which I did not realize until I started to fill it. This will not work for our trip, which begins August 27, and there isn't time to replace with a larger size. I would like to exchange it for a slighter larger carry-on bag. Please advise best way to do this. Many thanks.
