Very light and easy to handle. I wish it were a bit larger. The next size up seems to be 24 or 25 inches, which is too large. I was looking for a bag that has shelves so that the bag can sit upright and allow easy access to contents without rifling through. I did find an insert from another company.

This bag is extremely light weight and I think it's going to be a great replacement for my old carry-on. I do plan to do a test run before my future travels. I will come back and give further details on my review after I have used it. I plan to use it for a trip during the 2021 holidays.

Perfect for what I need. Rolls outstanding, even got a compliment from the tsa!

This is a great, very light weight carry on size suitcase. I only wish it had a strap on the outside to secure a jacket. And the very outermost pocket on the front is tiny and not useful for much.

I like it. I love the way it rolls. I would like it to be a little larger like 22!inches

Not ready to give it 5 stars yet as I haven't had time to use it. But, at first glance, I like the size, look and feel. Definitely light-weight, but appears sturdy. Handle and wheels are smooth.

I like the bag very much...lightweight, wheels roll easily, good inside room for short trips. I actually thought I was buying a slightly larger flight attendant bag. Will need to purchase that soon.

It is nice. I purchased it because I already purchased the underseat bag in black and wanted to update. It is more purple to me, inside the stripes were more blue than gray in the picture online. It seems small but that is the way now. Never got to use it, cancelled trip due to Covid19. It is in the shed awaiting a trip

I recently purchased the Travelpro Spinner as a Christmas gift for my friend. I love the suitcase, its weight, quality, and practical design. I own several Travelpros; this is the only brand I will buy. My Travelpros have been purchased locally; this is the first one I have ordered online. When I removed the plastic storage bag and opened the suitcase, it had a very pungent "chemical" odor apparently from the manufacturing process. I would assume it had been stored in a hot warehouse... I am still trying to eradicate the odor inside the suitcase! I have tried Febreze to no avail. I now have it airing out in damp, cold air, but I can still smell the chemical odor from the materials inside. This problem should be addressed ASAP!! At this point I would hesitate to buy another Travelpro online, especially for a gift.

I purchased this carry on bag after I was tired of not having a spinner, and this bag certainly was a great purchase. While you typically lose storage space with a spinner, the convienence outweighs the lost storage space. The Maxlite series is unbelievably light as well which is great for those who travel through the airports on business like myself. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will soon be purchaing the larger size for vacations.

Great maneuverability (great wheels!) and the organizational features (special purpose pockets!). I use the suiter section for pants -- truly no wrinkles. The bag is very well designed, in terms of functionality. I purchased this suitcase for a two week trip to Europe and it had way more space than I needed. In retrospect, I probably could have gotten by with a carry-on size. I can't say much about its durability since I've only taken it on one trip, but I can say it still looks brand new. If it holds up, I will definitely buy more Travelpro Crew pieces.

size and weight are hard to beat very easy to pack

I found the front pockets not helpful, they can only fit papers or a tablet. I tried using one for other items, but that caused the bag to not fit in overhead bin on both of my flights! Had to drag it back down and gate check it! What a hassle!

Meh, hard to tell if carry-on is US vs. International sizing, involves scrutinizing actual measurements, which are not listed consistently throughout, instead of explicit differences in the titles. Also, warranty process opaque. Have to fill in quite a bit of info, submit, and then wait (for an 'oracle of Deplhi'-like CSR to pronounce in cryptic email whether help is available or not, just to determine whether item in warranty, spare parts exist, and how to obtain them. Why no referrals to 3-party providers of after-market or out-of-warranty replacement parts like like earlier version of Maxlite?

I'm a bit disappointed. I used my carryon for the first time last week. It needed to be checked as the plane was full. The side edge got dented and I can't seem to get it straightened.

Tight fit. Top front exterior cap part ent difficult to gain access abd very smallsp. outsidevlarger pocjet also small. Have seen other 21-22" carry on with more space. It's a tight fit

It was small for a carry on. I didn't note that the spinner has less room than the roller.

The outer pocket zipper split on the first use. Hadn't even gotten out the door.

It's just too small, I made a mistake . Plus , I don't like the way the metal bars stick into the inner suitcase

I like the bag especially the weight. After one use however, it appears worn. It was affordably priced, so I guess that tracks with the quality. I expect it to withstand rough handling better.

It was too small for my needs. My Maxlite tote, when stacked on top, makes it top heavy & causes it to fall over. Was hoping to get one that would be more balanced.

Much smaller than I expected it looks okay but not all that special for the cost.

Just dont care for it. Quality is good. Tips over when full.

Love how it spins effortlessly. I had purchased this for my husband to add to a larger piece we had previously purchased. I seemed to have missed that there is no slip on the back of the bag so one can place it over the handle of the larger bag so for me this was a waste of money. What i loved about our older bags was that they were well thought out. This one. Not so much!
