Seems to be a well thought out design, but smaller capacity than my previous Travel Pros, which is disappointing. I purchased the spinner design for the ease of movement in aircraft aisles.
The bag does not seem to track well on walks through the airport, but this may be due to a personal bag placed on top.

Interiors good , design not too good outside pockets too small and shallow. When I bought it I thought the front pockets are deeper.

I just used it for the first time. It may be fine for in-airport floors, I walked about 10 blocks on the street and the handle and wheels did not feel sturdy. The garment bag is useless - I could simply fold up clothing in dry cleaning bags for the same effect. There are a number of exterior compartments and I struggled to find the right zipper pull. Pro: it's pretty roomy.
On balance, I bought this because of the price, but I should have bought the Tumi.

I like all of the features, but the capacity is much lower than expected. It is rated at 46L expanded, but it barely could fit more than my Eagle Creek Tarmac International Carry-On, which is rated at 37L expanded. Maybe one extra thick sweater. The wheels don't hold a straight line. Also, the clear toiletry bag and the suit bag are nice, but if you're trying to stuff this bag, they get in the way. Otherwise a solid feature set, and for people who pack lighter, probably ok. I will be returning, as it's too expensive and doesn't provide more capacity.

We purchased 2 of these suitcases and they work okay.
We presently are traveling in Europe and using the suitcases.
The problem is that after the suitcases are packed, the handle does not move up all the way. This is problematic when one is rolling the suitcases and the handle is halfway up.
We have had Briggs and Riley suitcases and they did not have this problem. We thought we would try Travelpro because we heard they were good. But we are disappointed with these suitcases and would like to return them when we return from traveling.

I love this series, the construction, spinners, etc., but the interior capacity was not as much as I needed. I currently have a clamshell hard side that is roomier. I am returning the soft side Elite and ordering the hard side clamshell version.

It's a lovely well built luggage but for me it wears too heavy. I would have kept it it went for a lighter Briggs and Riley

The bag lives up to it's performance reviews. But you dishonestly market it as a 21 inch size. It is 23 inches high, with wheels and so will not meet international carry on requirements. Furthermore you don't provide a phone contact so I had no way to request an exchange in a timely manner

I bought it to match my 29" luggage piece with the TSA locks. I assumed all the platinum elite pieces would have the TSA locks, but the 21" piece does not. Disappointed.

Great look and storage features (altho I could do without the phone charger hardware) and excellent rolling ability are undermined by the unexpectedly small available space, even when expanded. The non-tip design means the expansion is focused on the bottom, not all around. Can use this only for very short trips.

Looks sturdy and well made, haven't put to test yet. Getting g ready for a month long trip that will decide if it was worth the cost.

Seems sturdy, not sure yet how it will perform. Believe why's pockets and interior compartments will be handy, but might be too much. Need to learn how to pack it. Some seem to small to be much good.

It is a nice spinner with good features. I am not yet convinced I have a good value base in the higher price. Time will tell.

I loved the look of the luggage and wheels. However when I went to pack, it had less interior space than my previous carryon due to the pockets, dividers, design of the handle etc. I returned it since my goal is to travel with only a carryon.

Loved the features and look. Rolls along nicely and is easy to manage and control. The handle got stuck but likely due to over packing. Lightweight also. I checked the carry on and it suffered more damage and dirt than it should have on the first leg of its first trip. I expected it to hold up much better given the cost. So while I loved the bag I wasn't convinced it would last.

I purchased this bag because I needed a larger suitcase and the Samsonite line was unavailable. The bag is very high quality with one exception: the silver front pocket zipper. It's very low quality and broke on the very first use. The front pocket zipper quality is NOT the SUPRA kind from what I can tell. It's clunky and poorly made.

Handle mechanism takes up too much inside space.
Wheels wobble and do not move in a straight path (constantly moving left to right - right to left, etc.).
Front pocket is too small - needs to be length of suitcase.

I returned this suitcase. I bought my first TravelPro in 2014 for half the price, it was amazing quality but a seam finally burst. The new one was shoddy in comparison, had a lot of trouble getting the handle up and the wheels were not nearly as smooth as my old one. Overall much cheaper in quality.

Disappointing. The bag looks great and seemingly is best in class - until you've packed it and tried to extend the telescope handles fully. When packed (both tightly, and then adjusted with less) the handles will not fully extend. As a notorious over-packer, this won't work for me. Sadly returning it.
