Not sure yet. But I had one that was 8 months old and one of the main zippers was missing after going through the airport luggage system. I tried to use your website to get a replacement/repair but the process was so difficult I gave up.

Unfortunately, this suitcase was smaller than I expected, even for a carry on. Too many extras take up space inside and it's narrow. The interior space lost from the handles bumping inward adds to the problem. Although the construction and quality seem good, I had to return. Went with a B and R brand essentials carry on suitcase instead.

Less room overall than expected. Front pockets are virtually unusable once you've got items in the main compartment. Wheels don't function great on carpet. One of the zippers is already broken, out of the box.

Fold-up suiter takes up too much space within the main compartment of the luggage. 1 sport coat & 1 shirt take up apx. 50% of the available space. The Crew Versa Pack Max with it's Zip In Suiter is what I really wanted. That suiter has been discontinued from info. I've received.

Have shortened the outer pocket, ie made it shallower, this was a bad decision and lessens the utility of the suitcase.

Unfortunately when I went to use it for the first time, one of the outer zippers was alreadybrokn. I couldn't return it as I needed to use it right away. Now I have to figure out how to get it back to TravelPro and get it repaired when I only have used it once. If the zipper wasn't broken right out of the gate I would have given it five stars

Very disappointing. I had first purchased the roll aboard. And was hoping for a spinner that was the same size. Based on the website description and dimensions, it appeared the spinner was supposed to be the same size as the rollaboard. But it was actually 1-2 inches narrower. My clothes could not fit without wrinkling. So I have to return it. I really wanted this to be my perfect carryon.

Currently in Argentina. First trip with this bag. When it came off my first flight, the wheel was missing.

Lock is very confusing Locked the case with my combo and had to have TSA open it because it would not open How they have to stay unlocked because my lock combo doesn't work or the 000 doesn't either

I'm not thrilled with the new dress feature. I liked the inside of the max 5 better. I was very disappointed to find out I couldn't get the larger size in my color. I probably would have returned this piece but I needed it immediately for traveling and won't be home until April so I don't think I'll still be in the return date range. That said, I do love the travel pro line of luggage!

Quality, weight and functional wheels are good. However the space is not what you would expect inside. Also, the two small front pockets are hardly functional as there is no give when the suitcase is already partially full. Hard to even get the wallet or a charger in those.

Expensive but looks great. Looking forward to first use

The 25" is light & rolls easily; however, it easily - very easily - tips (flips?) forward when rolling. Have to pull up on the handle when rolling on any uneven surface, e.g. cobblestone, separations in sidewalk, etc. Friend has the same case and tripped over it twice - it tipped forward and over she went!

Have tried to reach company to advise bag looked like it was used when it arrived. The insides all unzipped and straps elongated and moved, with the creases not where mfg set as per my other delivered bag, no manual or tags and no one from company responded to my emails and notifications. Not sure what to do. But didn't want to pay good money for a used bag. Disappointed.

Decent bag. The materials are quality, and it rolls nice.in a straight line. The handle is very wobbly and the wheels using magnets have sporadic jerky movements. Combine all that, and it's not a treat to navigate an airport with. Plenty roomy and enjoy the securement features in the bag.

Suitcases are very practical in terms of layout. However, one wheel already went bad on the first trip.

I love the look of this bag and was eager to trade by bulky Briggs & Riley 22" two-wheeler for the ease of a four-wheel model. The reduction in available packing space is surprising, though, due to the internal frame and array of organizational tools inside. Still a very well-made and good-looking bag but really only viable for a 2-3 day trip unless you expand and check it.

Four wheels spin well. Made well. Not deep enough. The compartments seem like a nice idea, but take up too much room in the suitcase. I really wanted to like this, but will be returning due to lack of space.

The lower pouch on the front is only halfway accessible as opposed to my old travel pro carryon. So disappointed in that. Inside the netting on my older model provided more space for shirts, etc. On the new model, this is sewn up. Old model has two ares to tuck in a pair of shoes; the new model has just one piece of plastic. If someone else had not opened it and used it, I would have returned it! So disappointed.

Not as good as it sounded. Somewhat flimsy and zipper was not easy. Maneuvering was okay - I think my expectations were too high.

My wife loves the design, unfortunately a wheel came off first time it was used, I was able to unzip the liner and find the screw, it was an easy fix

Like the new design and color. Original bag from 8 years ago had stronger wheel magnets. This one does not work as well and the bag tends to wander. Either I got a defective bag or they cut costs with cheaper magnets. Still a good bag, but not as nice as my first one.

I was careful to choose a suit case that included accessories for hanging clothes but this doesn't have it?? I'm disappointed. I wish I'd had my old Travelpro repaired instead of trying to replace it. The zippers and zipper hardware are also very clunky. I ordered a Travelpro Crew suitcase for my husband last year and I like it much better.

Wheels don't cooperate together. Difficult to move

Not that spacious. Bought online without seeing in person
