I'm returning the suitcase. It did not appear to be large enough internally to meet my needs.

I purchased the Espresso color Spinner. After one airline flight, you can see wear and discoloration on the front where the airline places the bag facedown. Not a good sign for the future. I don't believe the Expresso will look impressive for very long. The bag itself is well built and wheels are amazing.

The fastening clips are made of cheap plastic and very hard to operate!

Used the suitcase once and it looks like I've been using it for years. The color on the trim is worn off in several places, the handle doesn't stay locked upright very well, the wheels catch.

It's slightly taller than my older Eagle Creek carry-on so I can't do carryon with it internationally, and this Travelpro is also strangely narrower. The metal structures in the middle of the larger part of the case stick up more, too, giving less packing space. I have the medium-sized Platinum Elite which I really like; this smaller one is not for me, unfortunately, so I returned it.

It's a very nice looking bag. But...for the price, I was surprised that the wheels track as poorly as they do. It's all over the place on a smooth floor and requires a fair amount of work to steer in a straight line. My biggest complaint, though, is the handle trim - is very comfortable, yet it is too wide to accommodate my TUMI backpack. Seems like a crazy design choice.

It's too small with several inches of length devoted to wheels vs packing space. I am considering returning the luggage.

The bag was fine, I have the carry on version and like it, but this larger bag was just too heavy for me to manage.

I've bought 2 Travelpro suitcases for checking on flights but I needed a carry on to replace the Hartman that I used for several years for business travel before I retired last year. This suitcase doesn't hold as much as the Hartman did even though I'm not packing a suit anymore. Make sure you check the dimensions of this suitcase before you buy. I wish I did.

It is a little smaller than what I'm used to but part of that is due to the spiner wheels. Spinner wheels have to be completely on the outside of the suitcase where the rollerboard style wheels only have to extend 50% of the wheel's total height outside the suitcase. This means that spinner wheel suitcases will always have a smaller inside than a rollerboard with the same height. When the inside of the suitcase looses 2" in height, 1" in depth, and 1'' in width, it makes a difference on how you pack and what you pack & what you leave behind. As to the quality of the suitcase, five star. No complaints other than the color of the inside liner being some shade of pink. I think that could be a big enough reason for some people to send it back. I'm going to use is a couple more times before I decide to keep it or return it.

Nice quality product, well designed, and attractive. Unfortunately it is too small for my needs and now I have a product I cannot use.

Nice bag at a good price but will not fit properly in a US Domestic overhead bin on United. It's 23.5 inches long which is technically outside their standard and in practice needs to be placed sideways in the bin. This is a significant shortcoming.

This suitcase is outstanding in every way . . . except ONE! Yes, it is expandable, but for some reason only a fool could understand, the expansion zipper only goes around about 2/3 of the suitcase, meaning on one side of the case, you get 2 inches of expansion, on the opposite end, it doesn't expand at all, and in the middle you get less than an inch. Makes no sense at all, and I have used many brands of suitcases, never seen such a foolish design. That was completely unacceptable to me, so I returned the product. Fortunately, if you buy direct from them, they take care of shipping and it is an easy return. If they every fix this obvious design flaw, I would then buy it.

The workability of the 4 wheels and handle is excellent. However the layout is awkward and not practical for example: the small external pocket is too small for normal size magazines or any 8 1/2x11" papers, an inside zip compartment attached to the compression straps zips on the right edge of the suitcase and the garment folder is not needed for most leisure travelers. All these "additions" increase the price, and make the suitcase less useful.

Look and quality are appear fine. Used it for first time last week after using 22 inch roller board for years. I wish I would have purchased another 22 inch as the 21 inch doesn't work as well for me as a larger individual

I purchased one Travelpro Platinum Elite 21" and two 25" for a two week European cruise. All 3 pieces worked flawlessly and returned home in great shape. Here are the things that I really liked about the luggage: (1) the luggage traveled over all types of pavement with ease - including crack/joints in concrete, brick pavement and asphalt with cracks. (2) I thought the wardrobe carrier in the top lid was going to be a joke or nuisance; however, it turn out be quit useful and packed a suit and sport jacket without wrinkles. (3) very stylish. I bought the black & there are a lot of black luggage that looks very similar. Took a while to find ours. (4) handles are comfortable & can be adjusted in height. They felt structurally sound as we rolled through the airport & cruise terminal. (5) I love the various zip up pockets on the exterior. Very easy to organize and retrieve travel items. This was one reason I went with this style over the hard shell. I can highly recommend the Travelpro Platinum Elite luggage.

It's too heavy and hard for me to lift it up to put in the overhead bin. I had to really limit what I put in it. It's a great bag otherwise. Very well made. But I will likely be returning it.

Too small and no way to get in touch with Travelpro! Their voice mail message says they don't take phone calls anymore and their website says it takes weeks to receive a response to a customer inquiry! List my business

I liked the design and features of Travelpro Platinum Elite 25" expandable luggage. The reason I gave 3 stars and returned the luggage is that the material had a very strong irritating chemical odor inside and outside. I tried airing the luggage out to see if odor dissipated but it did not. Strong odors cause me to get headaches and nauseous. I could not pack my clothes in this piece and have my clothing smell too.

This bag is far too heavy and the packable space is terribly infringed upon by the thickness of the metal handle rails that run thru the interior.

A good suitcase but I'm returning it. I don't need the "suit press" but there is no zipper to remove it. It will just take up space without providing any benefit.

i would like to like this piece of luggage. However, when pushing it (not pulling from behind), it wobbles. Difficult to navigate. Please let me know why this is happening and how to fix it. Or, I'd like to return it for a piece of luggage that lives up to its marketing message.

Had to return because bag was too large for my carry-on needs. It's listed at 21 inches but is actually 23.5.

Fabric and maneuverability are wonderful. However it is a bit small and added features take up space in this slightly smaller than expected carry on.
