This is a beautiful piece of luggage with lots of thoughtful touches and sleek appearance. It also rolls like a dream. My only question is whether it might be too big for international travel or domestic regional carriers. I may have to send it back.

We really like the fabric, color and many organizers inside. Also how it rolls. However have not used it to really see how it does in practice. Expecting to like it & should know soon!

Great suitcase, but two things: I wish the case extended all the way around. The closer at one end limits the space. I could use that little bit more. Also, I would have preferred the two wheeler but wanted a removable garment bag. Why not offer that on the 2-wheeler?

This travel bag is beautifully designed and has many advantages over other "carry ones" of the same size.
Nevertheless, I was disappointed to find that it is much heavier than I expected.

I'd rate if 5 stars - but this is my second Elite 21" spinner - and the wheels on this one seem to have a mind of their own - and the unit steers a lot harder than my last one. Otherwise, lightweight, great size and generally easy to move.

Product is well made and rolls very well. Only concern is that the interior is a bit smaller than I expected. Previous 21 in roller bag seemed to have a larger interior. I was hard to pack mens size shoes in such a space.

Overall really like the luggage. Used only once for international travel, and the experience was great. Durable, lightweight and very easy to push/wheel. Only reason I gave it 4 stars (actually prefer 4.5) is bc it is smaller or has lass capacity than similar sized carry-on luggage. I also have the same model travelpro from 3-4 years ago (previous 1-2 models) and it was slightly large with greater capacity. But overall, still a great luggage.

Easy maneuverability!
Exterior already showing signs of wear after one trip to Sint Maarten from Arizona.
Interior was not as easy to pack as had hoped

This is my first Travelpro piece of luggage. I have used it on two trips so far.
Over all I like the luggage, and it does seem better than several other ms I looked at. But I do have some gripes.
Pros:
* Seems rugged so far.
* Wheels roll very smooth.
* Handles are solid.
* Retractable handle much sturdier than others I looked at.
* I like the internal straps to help hold clothing in place, and appreciate the small small zippered pockets that allow for access to a few small things right on top.
Cons:
* 1st con and my biggest gripe, is the the wheel alignment magnets seem slightly off. The luggage slowly angles away or toward you depending on which side you have it on. Then trying to bring it back you have to flick it, as the magnets try to keep it going in the direction it wants to go. To get around this, I angle the bag at 35 to disengage the magnets. Which is a bit hassle. I wish there was an easy way to remove the magnets.
* The Battery pouch is unusable for its stated purpose. It is too small for all but the smallest battery packs, which don't provide enough power for todays devices. In addition it is still USB instead of USB C. Since it is not suitable for its intended purpose, I use it to keep my liquids for quick access incase TSA starts making you pull them out again. I would prefer for them to make deeper and have the option to swap the cable type. It is ridiculous to have a permanently fixed technology that is already outdated by several years.
* The garment bag that comes with it seems pointless. It takes up too much room and is too small and flimsy to keep a mans suit or dress shirts from wrinkling. Even though it is too small for a mans suit, or dress shirts, it takes up too much space in the bag. I would prefer them to just get rid of it, and lower the price a bit. I put it in my good-will box as soon as I looked at it.
* The second pocket on the front is deceptively small. The seem looks like it goes to the bottom, but the pocket is only about 5" deep. I doubt I will use this one as I cant think of anything that would for there. But I get that they are trying to give you three sizes. I like the 1st small pocket, especially if you have to get a printed ticket for some reason, and I keep zip ties in it, incase I have to check the bag. The 3rd pocket is large enough to hold a legal folder.
A couple notes:
* I have read reviews that state the handle is too wide for laptop backpacks, but it fits mine, though slightly snug to get on and off. I should note, that my laptop bag is an XL.
* I have also read complaints that the retractable handle takes up too much internal space. It does seem to intrude into the space quite a bit, but the handle is very sturdy. I was still able to get a weeks worth of cloths into it. I do travel on the light side though. My GF had to check a full size bag for the same trip. LoL

I'm trying to get used to this being 1" shorter than my decades old Platinum Elite 22" Rollerboard. The spinner wheels are a bit nicer than always having to pull my old roller board. Exterior pockets are very similar and that's one of the main reasons I chose this one. Also, a few sources told me the soft luggage holds up a bit better than the hard case luggage. Since my old Traveler was several decades old and went all over the world and US with me on over 100 business trips before falling apart, I saw no reason to go to another brand. Since I am now retired, this is likely the last luggage I will ever need to buy.

Unfortunately, the in-built zipper got stuck the fourth day iI used it. I didn't change the combination. It looked like one number might have been off by a half. The bellboy forces it opened. I don't dare use the lock again.
The suitcase is gorgeous, well made and; the zippers are super. The warranty made me disclose too much personal info so I didn't register.

We are very happy overall with this bag. U fortunately the side zipper where the charger goes is not sturdy and frequently goes off track. It was too cumbersome to return for a planned a trip so we are making due. We will order another one for our daughter and hope this was a fluke because test is bag is top notch

This is a lovely sturdy travel companion! I love the zippers, and the compression feature. I took off one star because the wheels seem stiff and not as maneuverable as I expected and needed. Perhaps a little wd40 would help but I don't have that with me while traveling and didn't discover the issue until I was already en route.
The bag also has a tendency to tip over so it's necessary to be aware of that.

Generally a nice suitcase, but I have a couple of issues with the product. (1) The handle is flared, which makes placing my backpack over the handle (as I do with all my other luggage) impossible. I'm not sure this flare on the handle adds any functionality. (2) The two pockets on the front of the carry on are too shallow for any real purpose. I tried to put my hotel receipt in one of these pockets and it did not fit.

Great product.
However, the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the compartment on the inside of the lid zips from the hinged area. This makes it difficult to access when the bag is on a hotel luggage rack. You have to move the bag to a spot where you can completely open it. Otherwise, everything stored in this compartment falls into the bag.
Also, wheels get a little wonky when nearing 45 lbs. of weight.

I haven't had a chance to travel with this new luggage, but it looks promising. The construction is solid, it rolls well, and feels like it will hold up to whatever I put it through. I'm a little disappointed with the organization inside the suitcase. I'm used to having several large pockets on the inside of the lid and used them to hold and organize smaller, more delicate items such as my electric toothbrush, any pill bottles I was carrying, and so on. We'll see how this works as I start to use it.

I needed a stable bag to set my dog carrier on top and wheel it through the airport. I bought a cheaper, lighter bag and it fell over all the time. This one did not! It's a very nice bag, easy to handle. It does have a tendency to float away if it sits on a hard surface that may have a slight grade. I'm not so sure about the interior pockets. I haven't found those useful yet.

Leaving tomorrow for a month long trip to Europe and only taking this roll-aboard. Only thing i have noticed in packing is that the expansion zipper doesn't go all the way around the bag. I will know more how it works after we get home.

Was pleased with how rapidly it arrived with good communication about timing. Have used it on a long trip. Very sturdy. I will not use the hanging bag, but I can appreciate that it will be useful for business travelers. Some cons I noted. The outside pockets are quite small, and the little mesh containers inside just didn't work for me--practically nothing I travel with fit in them. Wheels definitely are a plus, although I needed to be careful the bag didn't get away from me. Also I was disappointed that the handle was a bit wide, so that it wasn't possible to loop my other carryon's strap over it. But I was able to travel with clothes for 2 weeks with it expanded. So a good carryon to have.

I got this to replace my Travelpro rollerboard, which was so old I can't remember when I got it. This one is smaller, which I knew, but made a bigger difference than I expected when I started to pack. Only the bottom expands, which doesn't give much added room. But it is really, really easy to roll, which is why I went with the spinner rather than the rollerboard. I haven't traveled with it on a plane, so I don't know how it will be to put into the overhead compartments. But I expect it will be easier to roll down the aisle. I miss having the straps the click across my clothes--it's weird how they try to incorporate storage into the structures that click across the clothes, barely reaching across the clothes. And those storage parts are pointless, as are the side pockets. I miss the pockets in the top--now there is just one big area where everything gets jumbled together.

I've used this bag constantly since buying it about six months ago. Definitely the best carry-on I've ever had and has everything you could ask for from a carryon. The wheel alignment system is super helpful and the bag is durable and well put together. The suiter especially is a great add. A little bit of minor deterioration at the zipper of the wet pocket is the only wear I can find. The pocket for the external battery pack is a little small. I have a larger high-capacity portable charger and it's too big for the sleeve. Only inherent problem I have with it.
