Have enjoyed years of a slipper lined with brown liner. A white liner immediately show dirt. Yuck!

They are just ok. The fur wears down fast and whatever size you are get a wide. Not worth the 120$ plus. Was so looking forward to these.. just not a fan

The fur is so thick it hurts your feet not comfy carbellas much better

I really like these shoes. They are great quality and comfortable. However, I had to get a replacement because my original pair had problems with the insole. The shoes were under warranty but it took an act of God to get a hold of customer service and get them to move thru the warranty process. It literally took me 3 weeks of constant calls and texts to get the process moving and get thru all the red tape. They even made me pay the $25 shipping fee to get my shoes to them because I purchased them in store and not Online! Everyone in my family has a pair of Ugg shoes and love them... but we WILL NEVER purchase another pair! They are overpriced for the service and support you get from them... It cost me 20% of what I paid for the shoes to send them back for replacement. NEVER AGAIN!

I wear them around the house but they are not as good as previous UGG versions

Coloring is more of a dark brown than tan. Inside soles already coming out after a couple of months.

Bought for my husband for christmas ( size 12, his normal in everything else) and the slippers were so small he did not even get close to being able to put his heel in. Wasnt able to return in time as local store would only allow an exchange and had no stock in larger sizes. So I now have an expensive pair that cant be worn and no idea what size these will fit ( maybe someone who usually wears a 9?). Wish there had been honest reviews up prior to the holiday.

Not as comfortable as older uggs. The lining is not even throughout, causing the front to be very narrow and feet to slip out of the back. I've purchased numerous pairs of size 12 over the years and never had this issue. The picture of the tan matted leather is MUCH lighter than what was delivered. The actual shoe looks much more like the espresso ascot slipper. Ugg... be better

Within 3 days the sole came undone. I am very disappointed in UGG because I was expecting a lot better quality coming from them.

Within the first 3 days of buying these slippers, the inside sole glue or whatever came undone. It is very annoying especially with the amount of money that I paid for them.

Waste of money. Seems like quality continues to be poor from Ugg. These started pilling and the inside lifting out in two days of wear.

My husband has always worn a size 12 shoe. In fact, last year I bought him size 12 Ugg shoes and they fit perfectly--he loves them. But with the Ascot slippers, it wasn't just that Size 12 was a little tight: he couldn't even get them on his feet.

I was an early adopter of UGGs when they hit the US in the 90s. They were expensive, but price spoke to quality of build. Still have a pair I bought in 99 Thanks to targeting the Karen's of the world, and those that would wear house shoes to an interview, not any more. I received these as a gift for Christmas. Today is 01.23.22 and the liner is coming unglued from the interior of the shoe. I will be asking for my money back and taking it to LL Bean or Eddie Bauer. So disappointed!

Got these for Christmas and loved them at first. Then the sole got hard and cracked. Pieces of the sole broke off and now the shoe is garbage.

I buy my husband these slippers every year, he's always a 9 this years he's an 8 and can tell there something different about them. Not sure if you've changed the craftsmanship less filling? All I know is His feet did not shrink this year. I feel like UGG is charging the same for Less quality. I'll be reviewing my new slippers as well not favorably!

This is literally my eighth pair of ugg slippers and they are by far the worst quality I've ever seen. Balls of the liner started coming out the first time I ever wore them.

I ordered these slippers as a gift before Thanksgiving. I wanted the Ascot Slipper in Chestnut, but literally NOBODY has it in stock in an 11. This looked like the next best option, with a light color leather and light fur lining. However, when I opened them to look at them, the leather is a chocolate brown and the fur is a tan/khaki color. I've shown three different people the slipper vs the photo, and it's obvious that the photo isn't representative of the actual product. I'm going to contact customer support and ask them how to handle this, and might update the review with another star (and a photo) if they acknowledge the disparity between the actual product and the photo online.

The shoe did not fit how it should've.

Bought a pair last year, they lasted six months, granted I was hard on them. I bought another pair and I wanted to make sure I took really good care of them this time. Well, they lasted two months before the toe started to split. Tried to file a warranty claim and used the order number from my email from ugg. Order cannot be found. Tried to chat, was like 3000 min wait. Decided to call, even worse. Bought another brand from another company couldn't be happier. Best of luck, the warranty is worthless.

I am satisfied with the level of comfort ,but very disappointed with the design or the outer rubber sole , it is to narrow at the heal, the sides of my beautiful slippers are rubbing on the floor and it is just a shame ..

The pair I got I cant ware there is something in the sole sticking up and it hurts to ware & we looked & cant find what it is my wife thinks its a fold or a bad stich but this was my 1st pair & I cant ware them sad

Bought him LLBean last year they did not hold up so we shall see how yours do

I purchased these slippers from an UGG store (over $125 incl tax). I really liked the slippers, but the right slipper insole came lose the second week (was not properly attached to the slipper). I contacted UGG customer support, and they said that I could return the slippers, but that I had to pay for return shipping. They would then examine the shoe to see if they felt a return was warranted (I offered to send pictures, they said no). They issued a partial credit (did not reimburse sales tax). So I was out shipping an sales tax (about $30). I reordered the same slipper, but the replacement shoe did not fit properly (much looser in the heal than the exact same previously ordered size and model). I again spoke with customer service, and they were of no help. Very frustrating and a lot of wasted time. I will not buy another UGG product.

I bought these slippers 2 different times in both Tan & Cognac, trying to get the color shown on the site. Both times the color was a dark brown (the same slippers sent whether I ordered Tan or Cognac) so unfortunately had to return.

The shoe was too small. The only other size they has is 15 or 18. Also, the box was very much damaged. Not happy. Returned item. Plus I wasn't able to attach pics of the damaged box as the uploads have been hung up for over an hour for a small picture. Geez.
