I bought my ascot moccasins a month ago. They arrived in two weeks, however, I expected this because I choice the standard shipping. I was anxious for them to arrive, but when they did and I tried them on they were too big. I was perplexed because my shoe size has always been a six. Ugg did include a return label which was brilliant, but then I received an email saying my original order would take from 11/25-11/27 to process. I was very upset. I called customer service and they ordered me a new pair but said they'd arrive during the same time my others were going to be processed, which I appreciate, however, I have already been waiting so long for my shoes I expected them to atleast provide me with a two day shipping or a discount! I am very dissatisfied and I will not order from the online Ugg store again. Karelia Cervantes

Good enough for a basic house slipper, but I will go back to my old brand.

They were difficult for him to get on.

The product was soft and warm but fell apart way to easily. I had only worn them 4 times if that and i was getting a hole in them. They are very rough on the bottoms of your feet.They need a little more support. Other than that great shoe. I have never had an issue until now.

Why don't they make these in women's sizes???????

need to have it in half sizes or tell people to order larger size cannot wear with socks

I bought these for my husband and was disappointed when after only a week the slippers started to form ridges the inside bottom of the slipper making them uncomfortable. I thought for the amount of money the Uggs cost that they would hold up for years.

These slippers run small. Size 11 for man who wears a size 10 to 10 1/2 Is extremely small. I had a promo code when I ordered these slippers and requested to return these, but in the meantime wanted to order a size 12 so I asked them to honor the discount on the slippers from my original order so that I would not have to wait for them to receive my return and then to ship out a new pair, which could take two weeks. The representative said she cannot do that because they cannot honor previous sales, and I asked to speak to a supervisor and my representative said the supervisor cannot authorize it either. What kind of customer service is this? I now must wait a few weeks to know if the 12 will Work. I knew better than to order from UGG. I wear Beat Paws myself because UGG runs extremely small and their customer service is terrible. This is not an unheard of request because I have made the same request from other reputable companies and no one has ever declined, even today! Ugg is overpriced and the quality is not any better than some other brands whose customer service is much better!

I had just received these and they looked great. I took my dog out for a short walk as these have a rubber sole and about 5 blocks from the house the sky opened up,, no warming. Well I got home and did my best to save them as the inside and outside were soaked. I stuffed them with paper towels to try to help dry the wool lining. The right shoe lost it's shape entirely and the color each day got lighter and lighter and now it is as if there is not finish on them at all. It is my fault for wearing them outside and getting caught in the rain, but what if I had wanted to clean these, I would be very scared. I have a pair to the previous model with a tie but really the same shoe that I know I bought well over 15 years ago. The wool soles are well worn but the leather is intact. So do yourself a favor, do not try to save money like I did, do not get the Matte finish.

for how much these cost i would have thgought they would have been more soft felt like i was walk on cement

ralph I have worn size 14 for the last 10 years. The models that I have purchased had openings that my size 14 feet would go thru. The size 14 Ascots had openings too small for my feet. I gave them to my Grandson who has size 13 feet and he was able to put them on easily.

I bought a size 13 because I'm a size 12 and they say to upsize, so I did. They still didn't fit. I started the return process to exchange them for size 14's and after starting the process and sending them back I have not heard a peep. The UGG website to track returns and as questions is the most useless tool and just brings you in circles.

They look like they're for the winter, but looks are deceiving. They wear down extremely fast, ive had them for a little over a year now and i cant walk on a wet pavement without it getting through to my socks

Found the slippers cheaply made. Uncomfortable . . . No support. . Give me a break

Slipper soul fell apart after only a few wears. Ugg customer service made it impossible to return or exchange. I spent so much time on the phone, texting emailing trying to get someone to help, but it was impossible. I sent the slippers back for a warranty exchange and they said that the warranty had expired. How could this be? I purchased the slippers 6 months ago and the warranty is one year. Will never buy from this company again.

first time purchasing UGGS. bought a pair of slippers on the UGG.com site. then they go on sale less than a week later on the UGG.com website. Policy says they do not honor refunds for items that go on sale. I will never order again or recommend a company with a policy like this.

I protected them as oinstructed and still looked like 2yr old uggs after just stepping on synthetic grass that was damp.

So I ordered these, after having a pair of the same for years and loving them But I can't leave an honest product review here, because I still don't have the product.. after ordering more, I was sent "toddler size uggs" (instead of Men's size 9) I get that mistakes happen, but I've tried to contact Customer Service multiple times and have not been able to resolve the issue.

Product is OK. Sizing info on their website is very wrong. These slippers are sized too small. Buy AT LEAST one size larger than normal (maybe two sizes). UGG absolutely hounds you for reviews. I will avoid UGG at all costs in the future.

Slipper should be able to slip on. I am a size 11 in everything and have broken the Ugg slippers in and they still cannot slip on. I need a shoe horn.

I love these as house shoes. Since I work from home, I wear them all day. Had to replace the old ones that wore out and did not notice that they are no longer 100% wool lined, but are mostly plastic wool. I wear them with socks. I started noticing a stink and it turned out to be my feet! Switched to my 100% shearling mini boots and no more stink. Bring back the real lining for these slippers!!!!!
