Awesome shoes! Comfortable, the fit is great and secure. Preferred footwear of choice for most multi-gun athletes. I use them in USPSA, 2-gun and 3-gun matches.

Are use mine in the law-enforcement field. Great for tactical/range use. They clean up well and look great in a class B uniform. Very happy with him buying another pair soon.

I'm very happy with this shoe for trail running in the PNW winter where wet/muddy conditions are common.

I have been using the product for a few weeks now. It is by far the most comfortable trail shoe I have ever used and the unique draw string design for the laces is amazing. Only suggestion I have for anyone considering purchasing is to run for about 10 minutes before a race starts. The laces will need tightened slightly once you start running but otherwise are great.

Very happy with the warmth and dryness and sure footed Ness of the shoe. Lots of ice and crud while trail running this winter and the shoe has provided a reliable grip and comfortable warm feet

Finally I have found a shoe that provides ample traction in snow and mud. They are quite comfortable and I especially love the quick lace system.

I have owned 3 pairs of SpeedCross 5's voer the past couple years. The slightly narrower toe box gives a great fit for people with narrow foot. Every pair has given me 400 plus miles in wear and are my favorite fitting shoe.

4 months of heavy hiking out west. A little bit of trail running thrown in there. Significant wear to tread, but that adds up considering all the sandstone I've scrambled over. Glue is holding strong. Really wanted to wait to review to see if everything held up. I really couldn't ask for more.

During provisioning to trek at Waska state park NY, wife and son strongly recommended Salomon to protect foot. It was perfect on the trail, rock and stone, slippy wet leaves, sharp edge tree and branches. The sole grips fairly minimizing shock to foot. Perfect fit, comfortable, protecting toe from kicking stones. I guess over 60 or 70% of trecker there wear Solomon shoes.

This is probably one of my favorite shoes I have ever owned. Comfortable right out of the box. Solid traction on all types of terrain.

I'm so in love with this shoes, I bought them almost 2 months ago. I've been running with them in Autum's puddles, mud, slippery fallen leaves in paths, trails and even sections of concrete and they just had not dissapointed. Their final taste was 2 days ago where I ran 16km + (10 miles) from bottom to high snowy mountain and way back and oh my God, I felt so light, fast, protected and secure (specially in the toe area). The only problem is that they are not as good in ice, there can be problems, but well, for that better try other show more suited for the ocassion.

This is my second purchase. These shoes are amazing for supporting my back (my job entails standing all day), walking movement is superb because the shoe wraps around the foot and give me firm grip on surfaces. Soon, I'll be buying for the seasons.

I may be biased because I buy at least two pair of these a year in the non-GTX. The 5th generation Speedcross is the best so far! These shoes are super comfortable and breathable! I highly recommend these shoes!

These shoes are super comfortable and have traction for days. I've been on multiple runs and use them for hiking as well. I have not had a single issue and highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I experience some mobility issues. I have owned Salomons before but was weary after I suffered a stroke that limited my mobility with my left foot. I was attracted to the Salomon due to what appeared a wider base on the sole of the heel. I received mine about 4 weeks ago and I could not be happier. The stability I feel when wearing is night and day compared to other hiker/training shoes. I recommend the shoe to others I have met during my Physical Therapy. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!!

these are literally the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on my feet in my 32 years of life. and being from the military where we live, work on our feet all day everyday. I have tried every shoe you can think of. I seriously bought bought more after my first pair came in and put them away so I always have a pair ready to go.

This is my third pair of Speedcross 5's. It's a great show for running and hiking. I love the way it hugs my foot but still has a good toe box. Protection from rocks etc is adequate while still light and comfortable.

These are good shoes. I like the laces. They're comfortable and holding up so far.

Super comfortable, great grip, and an absolute classic for many years. My favorite show to run in.
