high instep, tongue not flexable

Very comfortable from the moment I put them on and stay comfortable through miles and miles

This is my second pair of Danner Trail 2650s and Im really happy that a company like Danner makes a hiking shoe that fits my feet. Love these shoes.

Just the right amount of cushioning and tough as nails.

Lurb these shoes... my 4th pair. Shutup and buy them already! I buy w i d e cause of my caveman feet.

This was an expensive shoe that had great potential however I have never had a shoe of any kind fit so poorly in the heal and arch. The heal is so narrow that the molding of the arch hits your arch uncomfortably like you at stepping on something. I tried 6 different pair at different stores and they were all the same. Bad design

The 2650s just work for me, right out of the box. Started with a boot version and liked those so much, added these for daily wear. Very satisfied.

This is my 2nd pair. Great fit and versatility. I imagine I will eventually buy a 3rd pair when these wear out.

Fine design, but for me the shoe is a bit narrow which becomes an issue as the day wears on. Im between an 11 1/2 and 12 and though I purchased the 12, it is still somewhat tight.

The 2650 Trail Shoe is another high quality, very durable, stable, and comfortable shoe from Danner. I think I have eight pair, if various color combinations, and states of wear. As long as Danner keeps making them, Ill wear them. My feet are borderline wide, and are comfortable in the 2650s.

Solid pair of shoes. Fits a little snuggly for the size but otherwise sturdy and breathable.

I really love these shoes in many ways. They fit and perform great. I have bought two pairs in the last year. My only complaint is that the soles of the shoes are not at all durable. After a couple of months the vibram sole came off of the inner heel of both shoes and the soft midsole fell apart. I would expect more durability in a shoe that is this expensive. I ordered another pair to see whether this was just a fluke.

My son said he really likes the shoes. He's happy:)

The shoe seems to be not so durable. Water gets in easily and so is not for serious hiking.

High quality, look great and fit as expected

My husband is super happy with these shoes that I got him for Christmas. Comfortable right out of the box, wore them in the rain and still look like new.
