This Pre Cip jacket is a colorful addition to any outdoor activitiy. On a rainy day it shields your under layers from moisture while adding a colorful statement. I recommend Marmot Jackets.

Got this for my boyfriend since he doesn't have a rain jacket and he loves it! Shipping took a bit longer than expected but overall very happy with the product.

I bought the PreCip jacket before a trip to Iceland. It worked great in the light rain and persistent wind i encountered. Did a good job as a shell over my fleece and packed away light and small in my pack qhen not needed. I'm 5'9", 185lbs with pretty broad shoulders. The Large fit great!

Love this jacket - saved me during a hailstorm while hiking in breckenridge. It's so light and packable.

By far the best wet weather gear for the money and it's a great shell for windy or brisk days.

Second rain jacket from Marmot. Daughter took over first jacket. Bought a size up this time for more room for layering.

I originally got this jacket in an XL and found it too tight to be comfortable layered - I'm 5' 11" and about 230 lbs. The XXL fits well and looks/feels much better whether or not I have bulkier layers underneath. Waterproofing is great, and the botanical green color is very pretty - not an army green at all, more of a forest/tropical green color.

This is my go to rain jacket. I lost my original Precip, that I had had for years, during a rescue operation. I ordered a new one to replace it. The fit and finish of this jacket is great, and the red is a fantastic color. I hope my Precip lasts as long as my old one.

I bought this jacket in 2004 at the same time I bought my then girlfriend now wife the same one. Both have lasted the last 17 years of backpacking, day trips, vacations to varies places. We always have them with us. Great jacket and have recommended it to everyone that asks what is a great all around jacket.

Have 2 of these that are great for packing down in travel bag or backpacking. Really like arm size (like they are built for mountain climbing) when you stretch your arms.

I use the PreCip jacket when fly fishing in all temps. During the winter and early spring, all you need is a good mid-layer underneath to keep you warm and dry. This jacket replaced my Simms rain jacket and, in my opinion, is far superior.

A fabulous jacket that I got in preparation for a trip to Costa Rica in a few months, but I'm wearing it all the time now. Layered on top of a fleece zip-up, if provides adequate warmth and wind (and rain let's not forget the primary purpose) resistance for Northern California winter temps that dip into the 30s at night. Perhaps a little narrow at the shoulders and too baggy at the waist, but that's nitpicky. Though maybe Marmot could investigate a version for cut outdoorsy types and another for soft city slickers.

My husband bought this jacket for an upcoming trip. He's very happy with the style of the jacket. It fits well -- and he was especially happy to see the vented underarms!

I have owned lite rain jackets from most popular manufacturers and this is on par with the 200$ ones. The cost is well outwayed for the quality and value you get. Finally got to try it out in a real rain storm recently and keep me dry and comfortable. I love the packable hood to clean up the look. Doesn't mean that it has the cheap jacket puffy neckline, they designed it to lay flat in the collar. Denim Color is great, fashionable but high utility. Good size pockets and good zippers on pit vents. Highly recommend.

Great shell for spring weather. It¹s stylish and light. Great for travel or just a rainy day. Both my kids loved this as well as the adults in the house.
