sadly the rubber had no give nad felt likeit would become brittle rather quickly. ad the foot bed offered no cushion, I could feel pebbles through it...not the way I remember my old Willies :(

I am a typical size 8 in boots, so ordered these in an 8. I did order a shorter Hunter pair in size 8 from Amazon, and got those in before these....that size 8 fit perfectly with medium thick socks. This pair came in, and with the same socks was so big that I could fling it off my leg and foot with minimal effort! They run REALLY big! I thought I would keep them and wear super thick socks, but I'm in Florida, and don't like to wear socks that thick anymore. Also, these boots do not tighten around the ankle like the shorter ones do, so even with thicker socks, they would not work, as the first mud bog I would run into would probably pull the boot right off my foot! Since I have another pair that are tall Hunters and fit better, these had to go back.

Really,REALLY wish u had 1/2 sizes

I have very muscular calves so I ordered the wide leg rain boots. But they are not wide! And because they are made of rubber you can't pull them up your leg. I was very disappointed in that because they are super cure boots!!

I have white calves but not that wide and these are extremely tight and bunched up at the angle

I am 5'6" and these boots hit too far up on my knee, WHAAT!?!! They are wide leg, I will give them that. They also look kind of cheap for the price so I sent them back.

Boot is mislabeled. These are not the wide leg. At least the pair I received. The last hunters I bought from the same listing were wide leg.... but the shoes themselves were not the same size. I returned and tried again. The shoes were the same size this time, but the the opening was smaller. Hunter seems to be having quality control issues.

I am so bummed. I’m not even sure what to do. I read reviews and ordered larger and they’re even bigger than I imagined. I have wide calves so I Figured based on reviews these would be great. They’re so big I can’t even walk in them. Be careful what size you order. I would size down and not a wide calf if you have a wide calf. They look so silly on. I have always wanted a pair of these and now that I have them I can’t wear them ?

Even though the description said Wide, there are not wide calf and I have to returned them. I loved them but I could't fit in them :)

These are not for “wide calf” girls, sadly. They are super nice and really cute- but it would be a struggle to get them on every single time. For $90, the struggle is not worth it at all. I returned them and will continue my hunt for cute wellies.
