These shoes are so comfy. I wear a size 9 1/2 in Merrell's but the size 9 in these fit best. I purchased the brindle color. The toe bed is roomy. Nice arch support. The type of shoe you can wear right out of the box. I'm looking forward to wearing these once the ice & snow of winter has moved on. They will look great with shorts, capris, a casual skirt or dress. The vibram sole will also work well on and off the boat. Thx Merrell!

These are really cute! Great casual look. They are extremely comfortable. I always wear a size 8 1/2 but these run large and I reordered a size 8. They fit perfectly; roomy toe box for wider feet. I ordered the brown and plan on getting them in grey also.

I am a preschool teacher on my feet and was having back pain before I purchased these supportive shoes. They are lightweight and don't make my feet too hot. The gray is a really nice neutral color.

These may be the most comfortable casual shoe I've ever owned, which is why I ordered another pair in a different color! Very stylish and classy but with the comfort of your favorite broken-in tennis shoe right out of the box and light as a feather. I am a standard 7 1/2 medium, nothing special, and these fit really true to size for me. Merrell never lets me down.

My husband has been on me to find appropriate travel shoes (and ideally adopt a more sporty style). I saw these on Merrell.com and immediately ordered given we have two holidays on our horizon. I don't need a trip to love them! I have received several compliments since first wearing them a week ago. I live in Los Angeles and have rocked these shoes not only with jeans but a silk skirt with a baggy pull-over. Very California sheek. They are so comfortable and make me feel stylish while being practical walking the streets, stairs, and bars of DTLA.

These shoes are such a nice design. Upscale sneakers. They fit perfectly and offer great support. I wore them all day the first time I put them on. And they are made from recycled material! I am tempted to get another pair in another color....

This shoe is so cute. It is super comfortable and looks great with shorts or jeans.

Very happy with my purchase. The shoes were as I expected them to be: stylish, light, comfy. I have flat feet and the shoes fit perfectly, with good support on the arch. The only thing I find inconvenient for this model are the shoe laces: way toooo long and made of material that allows for the knot to get loosen relatively easy.

I get so many compliments on these shoes!

I purchased the Gridway Moc due to the clean look and less sporty than this style with the laces. But, the Moc pushed against a small bunion. These shoes fit beautifully and are very comfortable. Even though they are more like a sports shoe with the laces, they are still feminine which is what I was looking for. Plus, no cows lost their lives in the making of my new shoes!

Another right out of the box wear all day shoe. Love the retro look with a modern twist. Vibram sole on a casual shoe is great feature.

I love these shoes. It's hard to find more to say than that. When I first put them on, I thought they might be too big, but it's just that they are well made with room for ALL FIVE of my toes and a toe box that is comfortable. The sole grips every surface and the slight stretch in the knitted upper means the show moves with my feet. No readjusting the tongue or laces. I hate wearing shoes generally and am on my feet all day. Yet, I don't immediately want to take these off when I get home. (Added benefit, I got compliments on them from the very first day I wore them.) I know this reads like I have never had shoes that fit before, but I assure you that is not the case. I have never had shoes that have fit *this well* right out of the box. These are worth every penny and I will not buy a different "city shoe" again.

Just came last night and I think I should've ordered half size up (7.5) rather than my regular 7 (Moab ventilator style) but I see 7.5 all sold out in every color! Black was quite popular.... great looking, but doesn't have as much ankle support as I'd hoped, but pretty good arch support for such a flat sole. Looking forward to wearing on my walk today

It's a great shoe. It runs a little big, but I'm going to keep them and wear a thicker sock. They are really comfortable and good looking. Pleased with my purchase and will buy again.

These look great, I love the renewable credentials and they feel super comfortable except they are really too narrow for me and don't come in a wide-fit. Very disappointed to return, but was specifically looking for attractive casual day shoes that are supportive and have a great fit. All the wide fit shoes are ugly or much more sports-hiking focused :(

These shoes are super comfy and look great. They are also easy to clean. They do attract the Florida black silt onto the toes when I walk but they easily clean up with a sponge and some dish soap. (I wasn't sure about putting them in the wash) they dry very fast.

The heel is a little on the sharp side, but I think that will wear down with time. I like these for wearing to work where I need to be slightly more active. Comfortable and good looking. Like most Merrell shoes, the edges come up high on my ankles, but I usually put a gel insert in anyways that solves that problem

I just bought these shoes. I ordered my normal size 7.5. I would say they run a little large as I have a lot of room in the toe box. Not sure I could have sized down though...but maybe to a 7 vs. 7.5. like the color and style very much.

I love the color, style , super sharp looking shoe but for my taste the width is a bit tight! I do have a wide fit but most shoes fit fine , this is a bit snug ! I am wearing around in the house to break them in , otherwise love love love the style & darker color ! A wide width was not an option !

This is my 1st purchase of Merrell shoes. This particular pair are so comfortable right out of the box. The arch support is just high enough for support without digging in. I do find that I have to wear a thin sock with them as there are some minor rough spots inside the shoes but other than that, I'm very happy with my purchase. I purchased a Size 9 and I found the size to be accurate. The width was good as well. A very stylish, good looking sneaker.

I really like these shoes. Merrill shoes are one of the few brands that fit me consistently. In the last year or two, I have had to move up from a Women's 8 to an 8.5. These shoes are a little to large in the 8.5, but not so much that I would return them. I think it is because the laces extend so far down the shoe, so are able to adjust to width issues.

The Gridway is a wonderful and comfortable alternative to both sneakers and sandals. That said, I would wear them in rough or muddy conditions. Not quirte strudy enough for tough terrian and too atractive to get all muddied up.

This seems to give me heel strike pain in a way I'd hoped to avoid. Not sure if it's me or the shoes .. but other Merrell shoes have more springy soles. I'm used to 'barefoot' and that doesn't pain me either.
