Bought it for my mother, her feet are wide and this is the only shoes she prefers.

I think the vapor glove 4 may have solved the problem with the sides of the shoe blowing out! I have loved the feel and fit of vapor gloves for years but have considered not buying the shoe again due to the sides of the shoe at the flex point ripping out/ tearing within months of buying them. I have been running a couple days a week and doing HIIT classes once or twice a week in my new vapor glove 4s for a couple months now and there is NO sign of damage to the material beginning yet! Shoe has the same great minimal feel and is quite comfortable.

Love my Merrells. This is my first pair and I know it won't be the last one. Shoes are labeled as barefoot and I feel as if I am barefoot when I wear them. My main purpose for purchasing them is to use while running. I honestly don't even feel them on my feet. My feet are wider and I have some deformation from running, also a higher arch, and these shoes fit perfect. I did have to order 1/2 size up because my toes were hitting the rubber in the front with the original smaller size. That worked perfect! Came looking exactly as pictured. I read a lot of reviews where people ask if they should wear them barefoot, I personally don't run in them barefoot but have walked to the store and back barefoot (5 minute walk) and they feel amazing. I also really like the shoelaces They are soft and stretchy.

I liked these so much that I bought another pair for later because it seems like my favorites are always discontinued. I LOVE the color (I got the teal) and have even gotten compliments from strangers. I love that the toe box is wide enough that my toes aren't squeezed. In the past I have bought men's Merrells because the women's sizes were too narrow. Not these, plenty of barefoot-style wiggle room. The sole is a good thickness - not too much cushioning but not so thin that I feel every little pebble. If they should come out with the same shoe in a different pattern and colors, I would buy more.

This lightweight shoe is perfect for me. It is lightweight and does not constrict my toes. It's all I could wish for.

I love this type of shoe. I have a TBI so when I walk, I need to grip the ground and these are great for that.

This vapor glove is not only a super cool color but really comfy and easy to wear.

I'm loving these shoes so far! I was way past due for getting new gym shoes anyways so when my trainer recommended these I figured it was worth testing them out. I'm very happy with them overall! I've used them in a gym setting and been hiking with them and they've done great in both scenarios. If you're looking for some lighter-weight yet durable fitness shoe, I would definitely say these are worth looking into!

I've been wearing minimalist shoes for two years - sandals at work and sneakers for workouts and walking. My feet feel much stronger, and my toe splay is correcting. These shoes feel great, and I love the style. It's been hard to find good-looking minimalist shoes for a reasonable price. These ones, especially with a sale, were a great surprise. I would like another pair. Keep making minimalist shoes Merrell!

After having hip and knee surgery last year it was hard for me to wear many shoes. Slides and flip flops were out of the question. I needed to feel the ground and have something strapped to my feet! Merrell has been a favorite of mine for many years. When I saw they had these barefoot style shoes I jumped on it. And I love love love them. You want to order them to fit like a glove. Just like the name says. I normally wear a 8.5 but an 8 is perfect for me in this shoe. I like that I can feel the ground. I feel the difference in terrain and yes when you step on a shaft edge you can feel it. The shoe moves with you and gives you the stability that you need for a shore footed step. Like I said, "Love Love Love"!!!

Vapor glove 4 is a great zero drop shoe for walking/running. Laces stay tied much better on this shoe than on older versions with round laces. Normally wear size 7-1/2 and this shoe runs true to size.

I work on my feet all day and have had issues with cramping in my feet with tennis shoes (high arches and the support seemed to hit in the wrong spot). These shoes offer my feet freedom of movement and no cramping. Just got back from a 4 day Disney trip and they worked great. I did put a gel insole in them because of rocky ground I tend to go over which helped. They are the best shoes I have ever had since those "track shoes" from the 70's. I am almost 60 years old and have had a lifetime of foot cramping and shoe searching since my first pair of athletic shoes in the 70's.

I have been using minimalist shoes for my workouts for 2 years now. I was devoted to Vivobearfoot and decided to give Merrell a try. I was hesitant to order this style because they marketed as running shoes and I mainly do cross training. From the moment I slipped my foot into these shoes I feel in love. They are supportive yet flexible. The traction on the bottom give me confident in a no-glip grip. I am so in love with my new shoes! 10/10!

It's the most comfortable shoe I've had for walking lots on a hard surface floor. The toe box is very ample also.

I enjoy the shoes a lot and how they connect me to the Earth. Great for grounding with protection.

They're so comfortable! Tactile feedback is incredible! My only sadness, is that the laces are stretchy and won't stay tied unless I double knot them.

I want to use barefoot type shoes as much as possible. I hiked in the woods yesterday wearing them. It took some getting used to but I felt as though I had a much better workout because I used more muscles and my feet did more work. My goal is to wear minimal type shoes as much as possible. I like that they did not slide on the large rocks when hiking. I had to go down the hills a little more carefully than usual. I can tell that my feet will get used to them. I really love them so much that I have bought 4 pair in three different colors.

I have been a Merrill customer for 8 years. I use the minimalist, running, general walking, and winter boot. I've never had another brand match the level of quality and comfort, and yet they are extremely stylish too!
