Loved this style, but wasn’t a fan of the sand color with my skin tone so I returned them.

I bought this in a narrow. I have an extremely narrow foot and did not have to punch new holes to get this to fit! However, I do not like the white footbed and these will probably be going back. Too bad.

The straps are in a weird position that does not allow these sandals to stay on your feet. Least favorite Birks ive ever had! Wish I had returned them.

Cute strap style but the footbed is super-slick...with every step I felt like I had to grip with my toes or I would slide right out. Not comfortable.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for 37 years, year-round. They are by far my favorite shoe brand. This style looked great, I am a huge fan of copper. But after adjusting the straps, I walked around my kitchen and knew right away that this was not going to work. The straps hurt my feet, and the shoes did not stay on my feet like any other Birk sandals. I am returning them.

I love these shoes, but they make my feet hurt after a while. They are super cute and easy to wear, especially on a rainy day. But I need to switch back to my other pairs of burks because they support my feet better unlike these.

Sadly had to return. The leather straps were very rough and not comfortable. I was expecting more of a soft feel to the leather.

I really wanted to like these sandals. This would be my first pair of Birkenstock’s and I wanted to “treat myself” to great quality of sandals. Unfortunately these feel quite uncomfortable, insole feels hard and the arch under big toe makes it almost impossible to wear. I even asked a friend to try those on and she said the same thing. I like the style since those and not as bulky as other ones. Unfortunately those felt like $20 target sandals. I will be returning them for different style.

I have loved these shoes from afar and finally bought them. I wore them around the house for a week to brake in and they still hurt. So I am unfortunately returning.

These look more like a cheap knock-off brand than real Birks -

My toes hit the lip/toe of the sandal, which was uncomfortable. I have struggled to find the right size/fit for my feet. Not giving up, as I do have a couple of pairs that are comfy.

I usually order Birkenstock Arizona sandals in size 39 - either narrow or wide widths have been fine for me. But Yao runs narrower than Arizona's narrow, so I have to return these.

Too small. Too bad.

Hard to review properly, these were so narrow they just hurt everywhere. Length, style okay.

This sandal fits nothing like the black pair I already own. The cork footbed appears to be thinner and not turned up as much along the border. Didn’t work for me.

Poor quality. And seemed difficult to walk in. Returned.

Cute but I don't know how anyone keeps these sandals on their feet while walking.

I wanted to love these shoes, but the footbed felt like hard plastic and made noises when I walked. These were so uncomfortable, I didn’t even try to give them a chance.

I'd forgotten just how uncomfortable Birkenstocks can be until you get them broken in. In this case, the sandals were too wide for my feet even with the straps on the tightest hole, so there was no question of breaking them in. I wish I'd seen the customer question about width before I ordered.

Footbeds turn yellow and flip up

Even though the shoe is sold as a narrow, it was very wide and too big for my feet.

Like walking on two cement bricks. I thought they were so cute, but the white insole is hard as a rock, and the footbed has no flexibility. There is no cushion whatsoever. I couldn't even walk across my living room. Additionally, my middle toes are apparently too long for the Birk style; they pushed up agains the "wall." It's possible that they are just too narrow for my foot, which I thought was narrow, but maybe it isn't. Finally, the shoes I received looked as if they had been tried on multiple times, and were simply wrapped in a crumpled piece of tissue paper. I love shopping at Zappos and this was a really unusual quality control failure. For reference, I'm a 7.5 and I ordered a 38 in the rose metallic with the while footbed.

Really disappointed that after an hour of wearing these, the bottom started peeling off the right shoe! The leather also got just a few drops of water on them from walking past a sprinkler and they stained as a result. I expect much better from pricey shoes. Back they go.

These are one of the most uncomfortable pairs of shoes I have ever tried on. Super hard/plastic-y soles, and the tops grind into the top of your foot causing pain. Very surprising from Birkenstock.

I didn't like the way these shoes didn't fit securely on my feet, so I returned them. I'm a size 11, and on my size foot it seemed like the straps were too high to hold my foot securely. These may work well, though, for someone with a shorter foot.
