Spent about 9 days on a lake and this hoodie was a life saver. It lets you cover everything up and keeps you cool when you sweat. I used to wear a regular cotton hoodie when on the water and even though it feels lighter, it definitely didn't keep me as cool. If you want maximum protection from the sun and you want to stay cool, this hoodie is for you.

I bought these for my husband who works in landscaping and is outdoors often. He HATES putting on sunscreen, so this shirt has been his favorite thing to wear when going out in the field or working in our own back yard. The sun protection is superior, and the hood and neck protection cover those sensitive areas that burn easily and are notorious for getting skin cancers because of sun exposure; (I'm a nurse with a background in dermatology). Definitely recommend this product!

Actually bought 2 and now I have order 1 for each one of my family. Dries fast and stays cool during the day.

Great for all day on the water! Built in neck gaiter for sun protection. Keeps me nice and cool all day boating and fishing. Perfect!

This hoodie fits great and is fun. People have commented on how it looks and works. The face covering stays up and only caused minimal fogging of my glasses. I am buying another in a different color before they are gone.

It does what it say it is suppose to do. I ordered a second one of these after using it for a full day fishing.

Will buy this again for my boys.

Bought one for myself and one for my son. they both fit great are comfortable in the full sun. just a zephyr is all you need to feel cooler and more comfortable. at the end of the day you are still hot and tired but not beat to heck from the sun. enjoy the outdoors.

Getting back into rafting with my 3 yr old. This shirt is awesome. Keeps you cool, and the neck gait or doubles as a face mask !

PFG is one of my favorite lines. They are always comfy and fit well. The Solarshield is a little more shiny than i anticipated but it still looks good. Blue because almost perywinkle if you ask my daughter.

The deflector zero shirts are the best shirts I have ever worn out in the heat. They protect you from the suns rays and help to keep you cool on the hottest of days.

The Terminal Deflector Zero Hoody provides me with the sun protection I need without the use of sunscreen. It's light material helps regulate my temperature ( I run hot ). I especially appreciate the neck gaiter and hoody which allow for fluctuations in the conditions I experience during long hiking trips.

I have not used this shirt too much yet; however, it fits nice, looks great, and can tell it is light and will help keep the heat off.

I live in Arizona and I enjoy the outdoors. This shirt gives me excellent sun protection, it keeps me cool when I run and it's light weight. I highly recommend it.

Already had one of these and liked it. With the corona virus and required face covering where I live, ordering more was a no brainer. Built in neck gaiter is built in face covering and can help hold a face mask in place. Surprised Columbia doesn't market them this way.

Without the slightest hesitation, this is the best purchase I have ever made. All technologies in one piece, in addition to having neck and head protection. No comments, incredible product, anyone who doesn't have it, doesn't know what they're missing.

I really do like this because of the functionality. The thumb holes were a big feature for me as the top of my hands get a sun rash occasionally. I do wish Columbia would tone done the giant logos/printed name on their clothing, I do avoid some product due to this even though technically it's great stuff.
