I normally wear and 6.5 but these were way too small. The insole provided no support or cushioning. Had to return.

Very disappointed in the comfort level. In spite of ordering a wide width, my bunion hurt after two hours of wear.
I don’t think it offers enough support.

I didn't keep these because they were a little tight and the arch support wasn't super great. I ended up buying Saucony Kinvaras instead.

Use these as work shoes, comfort, all black, except these have gold on them, the silver ones are much better, wider with more foam cushion... need to bring them back

8.5med in Thuner/Light Alumium was too short and the sole bottoms too hard and hurt. Could feel the raised rubber pieces on bottom of shoes.

Love the look of these shoes so much I ordered them twice. Unfortunately, there is a strange rib at the back of the shoe - at the achilles - that is uncomfortable. Guess I will be returning these twice.

I tried New Balance shoes once before, probably 10+ years ago. I figured I'd give them another shot. It turns out I had the same experience as before: the shoes were about 1/2 size smaller than any other athletic shoe brand I've worn. I also ordered a wide, but these felt like a regular width. I feel like the heal area is oddly shaped and pushes your foot forward. I would have exchanged for 1/2 size larger, but I wasn't too impressed with the construction/material either, so they're just being returned.

Just got my first pair of Arishi V2 after several pairs of the original version. Remarkably less cushioning. V2 definitely has a firmer, harder heel. Also a higher heel elevation. Have always ordered 8.5W and V2 definitely runs narrower than the original. Seems lighter, material thinner.
Always bought the Arishi because I liked the cushioning. Going to return the V2s and start the search for a new shoe.

Seems these shoes are not made in USA,. Pinchy shoes and not very springy, for foam based shoes.

Loved the look of the shoe, but I purchased the same size I normally buy for NB shoes, 7 wide, and they were too short. I wanted to just get 7.5 Wide, but the return option doesn't allow for sending another size. You have to go through the purchasing process again, which would mean I would lose my 20% discount. I did not purchase the larger size. This is the main reason for the 2 stars.

the shoe is very light weight
The shoe material is stain resistant
The shoe needs more sole support
the sole does not fully support the sole of my foot

i wanted to love them because so light weight but they have zero shock absorption. i tried using an insert once but then my heels were too high in the shoe. every time i run in them my ankles hurt the next day. i have other fresh foams and like them but these arishi v2’s are different. very hard on the feet. even running in grass i feel wobbly. sorry i tried to love them!

I was hoping that this would work for me, but it didn't. Mostly because it was tight in the toebox area and made my toes "go to sleep."

Loved the looks of this shoe and really wanted it to work for me. But, even with a Wide size, the toe box is just so small - uncomfortable. Of note, I ordered a few other models at the same time, and they all had the same problem. I've bought probably 50+ pairs of New Balance shoes over the last two decades, specifically because they have fit so well on my wide feet -- but over the past year something has changed in the way they are designing shoes, I end up returning quite a few models because the toe box is so narrow and low. Used to be I could just order 8W from New Balance and know it was going to be a great fit. I've bought some more recent versions of 1080s and 840s that still feel good, but other models seem to have shrunk. AND I see so many people commenting on this issue - c'mon New Balance, pay attention and go back to comfy, roomy toe boxes!

I was excited to receive these shoes but found that the heal cushion cut into my Achilles' tendon. Overall, I was unimpressed with the fit and feel of these shoes. Bummer since they had the look I was after.

This is second pair of Fresh Foam. I loved the first pair, but these are less cushioned in the sole and the laces are SUPER long and annoying. I'd just buy new laces but the color of these match the shoe exactly.

These shoes are very comfortable and fit good. However, after a while it feels like I am standing up to my ankles in ice water. Not a pleasant sensation. The "breathable" fabric uppers are not for people who tend to have cold feet.

I have worn this style shoe for years and never had an issue but this particular pair were very hard in the sole and caused a lot of foot pain.

It's not like what I thought. The shoes look like it's made out of plastic. It's okay for rough use.

I wanted to love them, but I wear orthotics and the left shoe squeaked, loudly. They are also a bit on the flimsy side compared to NB's I've bought in the past. So back they go.

I am a senior citizen, walk about 3 miles everyday, and have been buying New Balance Zante for years. The fit, quality and comfort level were outstanding. They are no longer available. So, trying to find new style of New Balance. I have tried at least 4 -8 different pairs and styles and sizes. Either the toe box was downsized, the sole has strange configuration, or it is a sock style slip on. Not sure what happened to the wonderful feel of the old Fresh Foam, soft material, huggy, stretchy interior side panel, roomy toe box and shoelaces that stay tied. These are at least roomy, that's about all. .

I already owned a pair of these from about a year ago. This new pair seems very cheap in comparison. The knit material is not a soft and the souls seem paper thin. I've worn them so they can't be returned - I probably would have.
