The grey ones looked like old people shoes, so I returned them (and I am not a young person).

I really like this shoe but just couldn't make it work. The toe box is just too narrow and not deep enough.

Just OK. No support at all and there was no reason to keep them. Just "meh"

I loved this shoe, so I was disappointed when the threading on the sides started ripping. This shoe felt a little small when I first got it, but I assumed the shoe would stretch. It did not. I would recommend getting a half size up or getting another shoe.

These are super cute, and I really wanted to love them. But after a few hours of walking on vacation, my feet were killing me! :(

I like the style of these but they're not as comfortable as I thought they would be especially since it's New Balance. There's not a lot of cushion. I can feel the cracks snd rocks on the sidewalk. They do feel a little like a knockoff to me...thin material etc. I'm keeping them but I wouldn't wear these if I had to walk a long distance.

So the over all fit is okay but even for a shoe marked wide they feel super narrow. I have another pair of New Balance shoes marked wide and even in a side by side comparison these are way narrower than my others. The memory foam doesn't provide a ton of arch support which is fine if you're flat footed like me.

Me: measure 10.5 AA, usually wear 11med in closed toed shoes, high arches, straight foot, neutral or underpronate. Tried: Arishi v.2 in 11 med. and 12 med. Although slight room at top of toes in 11 med, it felt uncomfortable at toe, next size up (12med) was more comfortable. Little cushion compared to other NB, but adding a thick foam insole, while helpful, does make toe box and instep snug. Heel not as comfy as other NB, but not a deal breaker. Little rise at heel - feel very flat. No fancy stability features, and you can sense it, but at least avoids the "hacked off" outer heel corner present on some models. Compared to other NB, don't feel like have much arch support. Verdict: this model is a cheaper way to try the SL-1 (a neutral straight last with normal toe box and normal instep) before spending a lot on the more expensive technical models. For those with straight, recommend looking into NB models that have a SL-1 or SL-2 straight last, especially if you experience foot and/or knee pain, and alignment or posture changes when wearing the much more commonly available semi-curved or curved lasts. (foot anatomy can not change shape! - consider that sizing for last shape is just as important as length.)

These are visibly more narrow than other NB sneakers in W. Great looking style but I think NB struggles with quality control.

The size is right. They are a little tight in the toes. Not as comfortable as some other shoes I've purchased. No arch support. I'll keep them, but won't buy again. The price was right.

I thought I had finally found my sneaker, but I will be returning. The tongue of the sneaker was very thin and wouldn't stay in place; the sole was slippery when walking; the only thing I loved was the look but it wasn't going to fit the bill of what I needed.

I've had various styles of New Balance running shoes for years, but I'm sending these back. Out of the box, they were extremely lightweight and comfortable for standing around and walking, but I tend to buy one pair of shoes that I use for all my exercise needs -- mostly speed walking on paved surfaces but also trail walking, cardio exercise classes, and cross-training. After one day of wearing these more actively, I realized I definitely did not have sufficient support. The tongue and upper are extremely thin and light, which feels nice and airy, but they don't give the sense of hugging my foot, which I've liked in other New Balance styles. The sole similarly is light but not particularly bouncy or supportive. For me, these would be good for just casual wear, but not for active use. I do think they're attractive, as these things go, and the price was great. But they definitely didn't work for my needs.

This shoe had very little padding in the sole and offered little cushioning. I read the reviews and ordered a half size larger than I normally wear but it still felt too small.

Shoe felt very tight in the top (under the tongue). Too bad because they're super cute. I have two other pairs of fresh foam that fit great. This one makes the top of my foot hurt.

I loved the style and look of the shoes; loved the rose gold trim. However, there was so little cushioning in the heel, therefore the bottoms of my feet were hurting. I ordered a half size larger than usual for New Balance and they fit pretty well. Also, the cute little logo decal on the tongue was already coming off one shoe and I had worn them only 2 or three times.

Not a good fit at all

Very attractive shoe! Unfortunately the wide width fit like a normal width and the heel felt stiff (but that may be from the shoe being new). I shop from Zappos and not Amazon for shoes because of the easy returns, which sadly I'm returning this pair.
