I usually buy ASICS but decided to try these after looking at many reviews regarding shoes for post ankle surgery. I can say I love these. They fit excellently right out of the box. The toe box is very comfortable and I can stand on my ankle without a lot of pain. Guess I’m a Mizuno wearer now

These shoes are very cushioned which is what is recommended for under pronation (supination). I ordered an 8.5 and I normally wear an 8. The 8.5 is roomy, as they should be, to allow for swelling that may occur during a workout. I added a small insert to add extra support for my high arches. With the added support, these shoes are perfect.

I ordered the 8 and 8.5 because of inconsistency in sizing that I have encountered. These are exceptional shoes for the price--more anatomically shaped than some previous Mizuno styles. My first pair of Mizunos had a little more elegant styling, but ran narrow--and getting a ½ size larger did not correct this problem for me. The width flaw has been corrected, without sacrificing any of the support and cushioning. This is a quality shoe with plenty of style!

I purchased these shoes due to the reviews. I have suffered with painful feet my entire life. I suffer from very high arches, planter fasciitis & metatarsalgia.. Not a day passed that my feet didn’t make me miserable. I think the cost is too high, given the shoes are made a Vietnam, but I purchased them anyway, and I’m happy I did!

I have extremely picky, problematic feet. Out of probably 6 pairs of shoes, these provided the most cushion & support from heel to toe, with moderate arch. Side grips foot nicely and feels stabilizing. Also has a removable insole for gel cushions or orthotics. All this and cute!
