These shoes have withstood a full week of adventure camp. My son loved them.....comfortable wet or dry. I did follow the reviews and order the next size up. They fit great with a little room to grow. Customer service experience was also amazing.

These are GREAT summer shoes for kids. Feet are still well protected, but they are sandals and can get wet, etc. Son loves them.

I bought these because my 5 year old son is out in the desert and woods constantly, and needs the bumper toe protection above all else in sandals. Well, bumper toe and durability. Actually, bumper toe, durability and of course CAMOUFLAGE RADNESS! The fit is a little roomy, but that's just fine, he's a growing boy. He can get them on himself with a little perseverance. Great for bike riding, rock scrambling, beach walking, creek exploring, trail running, day camping, tree climbing, but mostly just plain getting your shoes on as quickly as possible so you can run out the door and play outside all summer. Thanks Keen, for making thoughtful and well-made shoes for active kids. Well worth the $.

Purchased for my picky daughter. She LOVES them especially after wearing

This is the 3rd year my kids will wear these shoes in the summer. They have protection in the front. So, no stubbed toes and should be OK for daycare. They can get wet & will dry nicely. Just rinse off to clean. This year my kids were excited to know that I would be ordering these for them. As with most LL Bean shoes they do run a little big. If your kid has a 1/2 size shoe I would suggest ordering down.

our daughter (4 years old) had a pair of keens last year which lasted all year long, until she grew out of them. super cute but rugged and waterproof for all terrain wear. we will definitely will buy a pair for every spring/summer!

These are fabulous! I buy a pair for my son and daughter each season. They look good ALL summer long despite all that they endure, and can be passed on when they no longer fit.They withstand the busy days of a 5 year old from school, to playground and the sandbox. They are comfortable, look good and extremely well made. They dry quickly when wet and just work for all occasions. My son just loves them! WELL WORTH THE PRICE!

My wife and I bought our 5 year old a pair of these sandals a few years ago. Being a little boy he is rather tough on shoes. He use them as breaks for his tri-cycle, stomped throw water/mud puddles, over rocks, across the fresh cut grass, over the sand and into the ocean he went in his sandals, but they just would not wear out, faded a little but would not wear out. For the preceding reason, we just bought two new pairs for him and his little sister. I think they are going to outlast me -- the sandals. Oh and they loves their LL Bean sandals.

I love Keens, especially for my kids. This is the 5th or 6th pair of them that I have bought. My 6 year old actually asked me when we could get them, since he had grown out of his old ones. They are excellent shoe. They hold up so well that we have gotten a couple of years out of each pair by handing them down to siblings and cousins. They keep his toes protected and best of all they are washable! I just throw them in the washing machine and air dry them. I can't say enough about these shoes.

These sandals are a wonderful investment. They are a bit pricey initial investment but they last for years. I wore mine for 4-5 years and they're still in good shape-- just wanted a new pair. They do run big--use the LL bean shoe sizing chart before ordering.

Excellent warm weather shoes!

These are the best sandals I have ever gotten for my twins. They are very adjustable so they can be worn for a long time, as they grow.

I bought these for my 9 yr. old grandaughter. She is very active and loves the outdoors. I wanted to purchase something that would be comfortable and yet cool for the summer while she does all kinds of activities. We bought her a pair last year and out grew them. She herself requsted the exact same footweaR AND WAS SO EXCITED WHEN SHE RECEIVED THEM. sHE PUT THEM RIGHT ON.

Love these sandals. My kids are now 6 & 7 and I've been buying Keens since they were 2. Wash well, wear well, and can be passed on for multiple owners. I'll continue to buy these until my kids no longer find them fashionable, which by my time line should be around 25!

This is now the 3rd pair of these for our little boy (all in different sizes). He grows out of them before they even look worn. We had a different pair of Teva's that cut into his foot after 1 wearing and came across these. These are comfortable and he keeps them on. He is 5 and can put them on himself. He even wears them in the water at the waterpark. Unfortuantely, I was unable to convince him to get another color so each and every pair is navy blue. They wash great in the machine (air dry) after puddle jumping and he doesn't trip because these are a substantial shoe. Great summer shoe!

Well made Comfortable Daughter Loves Them

My 4 year old daughter loves these sandals because she can easily put these shoes on by herself. I like them because they are durable and can outlast my very active child!

Granddaughter loved them even more than the her first pair. almost refuses to take them off and she needs no socks for any activities. Will buy again when she outgrows these.

Keens are our go-to spring/summer shoe, & my son loves this camo print.

I love these shoes! I bought a pair of these this past summer while in Freeport. They are so comfortable. I can wear them all day and my feet do not hurt as they do with tennis shoes, etc. Wore ny first pair while kayaking in the Florida Keys last fall and they worked great, able to wash them in washing machine. They are so great I had to get a second pair in a different color. Thanks LLBean for having these great shoes.

Last summer I got all 3 of my kids (ages 3, 5 and 7) these shoes for summer, they were fantastic. They can get wet and dry quickly, if they really get muddy they can be hosed off or thrown in washer, they have a great thick soles, protect their toes so well they can hike and ride their bikes in them, are way more supportive than flip flops, are easy to put on and look great! We will get these every summer!

I ordered a pair for my 10 and 8 year old boys. We love them.
