My 3-year-old has gone through 4 pairs of sandals this summer, not because of wear, but because of discomfort. These were the most recent pair, and we seem to have a winner! They fit his wide feet nicely, don't cause blisters, dry quickly, and stay on. As another reviewer said, having to re-thread the strap for each wearing is silly, so I don't. We've had no problems with having the top strap just go over and attach to the Velcro. I already bought another pair for next year!

The entire purchase process was simply perfect. Shoe was too big and we were in a hurry for, the customer rep called other stores, found it and sent us the right size. It arrived in no time, ready for camp. The entire process was just perfect--AS ALWAYS.

Love these sandals that little kids can put on without assistance, breezy, and rugged enough to satisfy mom that little toes are protected. only reason bought the keen over the bean was because of the color selection, kids love the shoes with accent colors. these will last all summer and into fall, buy them every year.

I have purchased these sandals for the past four years. The quality is excellent..They hold up very well through all my grandchild's adventures.She said of her new pair that they are "Just Perfect".

I don't think that my grandson has taken them off since he got them. Love keens

My daughter plays at our river property every summer and needs to have good , sturdy shoes to wear in the rocky bottomed river. These are the best! I have been buying them for her for several summers now. She out grows them before she wears them out. They can also be worn to school because they are closed toed so that is really nice. They are super cute & go with anything. I highly recommend these shoes.

These are great summer sandals for little feet. Their toes are protected. The majority of the top of their feet are protected from sunburn. Yet, they are open enough to be a cool shoe for summer. I just bought another pair for my grandson since they were so great last summer.

These shoes have a special place in my heart because when I think of my little daughter I see her in these...because she's rarely not wearing them. It's now nearly winter, and she still tries to wear them everywhere she goes, and I often let her. She's worn them in the Pacific Northwest, in the mountains of Virginia, all over Disneyworld walking for miles and miles. It's funny, because I've never really asked her about them, but I know she loves them because they're her go to footwear. She has climbed mountain trails in these, waded creeks, walked into oceans, etc. I've washed them a couple of times but I have to face it: it's time for a new pair. I'll always smile when I think of them, though. She really is the best kid ever, better than I ever could have hoped for, and I probably don't deserve her.

I got these in Dahlia Mauve/Periwinkle and love them! They clean easily and are excellent late spring and summer water/ play shoes that work even in early fall if there is warmish weather. The fit of the shoe is a little wide but not much. I love them because they are comfortable, tough and the fit of the shoe is great. Thank you, L.L.Bean, for your great quality and fun style!

I love, love, love these sandals! I was first introduced to them when I received a hand-me-down pair from my sister (and they were second hand when she got them). I was so impressed with the quality and the excellent shape they were in after so many uses. They can get wet without getting ruined, I don't have to worry at all what my son does while he's wearing them. When he outgrew the hand-me-down pair, I had to buy a pair. I know I'll be able to pass them down to my other sons. He hiked to waterfalls and splashed in the water with no worries. I also recently learned that Keen will replace the elastic for free if necessary--I haven't had any issues with it yet but good to know that they stand behind their product! If I had to name a downfall, it is that they take a while to dry once wet. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

Can't review the size since they are for next summer but, I love Keens & he already has one pair that he loves, so these will be perfect.

These are great outdoor "wet" shoes. My son loves them. Comfortable and stylish!

I purchased these Keen sandals for my 7 yr. old grandson's birthday. They were shipped to his home in Canada. They arrived in a timely fashion before his birthday. He loves them. His mother said they love the color; they are comfortable and of very good quality. We are totally satisfied! In fact, I'm ordering another pair for my other grandson who is having a birthday soon. I totally recommend this sandal!

Great for slipping on for the last few weeks of school, the beach, the park, etc. Can rinse/hose them out and they dry quickly!

I purchased these sandals for my grandson and, it is my understanding, "he loves them!" He must, because he is wearing them in all his current photos!

We bought these before heading to the Smoky Mountains for vacation. They were PERFECT for playing in the rocky streams and hiking on the trails. The kids wore them ALL the time and never complained about sore feet. Would totally buy them again.

My son and daughter get these every year. They are very comfortable, can do any activity with these on, and wash well. They are so durable that at the end of the season (which they actually wear approximately 7 months out of the year) friends have used for hand-me-downs for their kids!

The whole family wears Keens and loves them. Comfortable, versatile and reasonably priced for the quality. They last a long time - I am on the end of second season, and still going strong. Great to hand them down from one kid to the next and good selection of colors.

I bought the next size up since my daughter outgrew her first pair. Great shoe. Perfect for a child with a wider foot who needs more space in the toe box.

We bought these shoes to spend a week at Disney. They are excellent and supportive, like a sneaker, for a lot of walking, yet open enough to keep feet cool ~ and when we hit water rides or rain, afterwards they dry quickly.

Bought these for my two Grandchildren. One boy wears a wide shoe but these were wide enough. The other boy wears a size 1 1/2 and a size 1 was long enough. All in all, shopping by mail really did work and my boys are very happy. Also, no more scrapes on their toes as now they have a summer shoe with enclosed toes!

After measuring my daughter's foot it ran true to size. The guide on how to measure was wonderful.Great fit and comfort for my 11 year old daughter.A great water shoe.

Comfortable, easy and quick for my son to put on, protect his toes. I purchased these last year and again this year as his feet had grown. These and tennis shoes are his favorite summer shoes.

These Keen runabouts are great for my 8 year old son who plays for hours outside every day. We bought them for protection and cool ventilation for this summer. They wash and wear, hold up to hiking, running, wading, climbing trees, playing in dirt, mud, and water. He selected the aqua blue/lime color; the shoes look good as new after running all Spring in them. We get lots of compliments on these good looking, well-made shoes. He already has his next pair picked out!

This is the second pair of sandals I'm buying for my son. They're sturdy and comfortable, though the current ones seem a little big (my son seems to be slightly between sizes right now). I like that they're a little wider in the toe box. Wish he didn't outgrow them so quickly!
