I ordered these true to size, 10.5 US for me, but they most definitely do not run true to size. My heels were constantly slipping, so bad that I only wore them for a few minutes before I went back to my old shoes. FWIW, in Nike, Addidas, Saucony, and Brooks, 10.5 has always fit perfectly. Not sure if I'm going to try ordering a half size down or not.

These shoes wore out very quickly. My first pair of On shoes were good. My second pair were fine. This third pair is terrible. The soles wore out, and all of the yellow bits peeled off the heels of both shoes, in less than 6 months of moderate use. VERY disappointed in On. But, GREAT customer service from Zappos to resolve the issue!

This is my first pair of On I have bought and I hate them. My feet look like they are blowing out the sides and I don’t have wide feet. They are just overall uncomfortable.

These shoes were worn and dirty on the bottom. Very disappointed in what was sent to me.

This shoe was the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. It felt like I was walking with a huge marble in middle of my foot. Maybe I didn't choose the right brand but the shoe was not for me. I am on my feet all day working in a hospital so I am standing 12hr. a day and a lot of brisk running back and forth I needed more cushion it also felt like I was walking bare foot.

Have only had the shoes for less than 6 months and toe area already showing wear and tearing.

We returned these used sneakers immediately. We received sneakers that had already been worn and dirty!

This shoe is definitely NOT a size 10.

I was looking at women's shoes and this one came up. It's hard to see that it's a men's shoe.

Another "overseas" shoe that does not fit. Although I normally wear an 11 Wide, I purchased the women's size 11, since OC does not offer wide. I kept it, but it is narrow. Next I ordered the men's 9.5 medium in hopes of it fitting wider. I could not get my foot inside this shoe. It is even narrower than the women's size! Please make shoes in America and make them wider. The On Cloud shoes are fashionable; however, they need to offer wide widths TRUE WIDE WIDTHS). I am done with OC. Guess I will go back to Brooks. Kuru is also a great fitting shoe with a wider toe box and better overall fit and comfort.

Quite possibly the worst excuse for a running shoe you can find. These are walk around and look smart shoes. Other than being put in the "running" category, these are not for any real running. Stay far far away.

Just felt a bit tighter then expected, had to order a 1/2 size up

May be the worst pair of shoes that I have ever purchased. At first I thought that my sock may have been bunching up under the ball of my left foot. With lots of trial and error, I ruled that out. Then I figured it was just the way my foot settled over top the “clouds”, so another guy with same shoe and ask if he had any strange feeling or cit around the bald of his feet, his response.... oh you mean like your walking with a stone in your shoe. I said yes exactly. His response... first and last pair of these overpriced, uncomfortable, zero support shoes!

fit and style was good -first day wearing them they developed a snag. No idea how.

The fit was good. This is my second pair I had and I loved the first pair. This pair has already ripped in the heal and gives me constant blisters. I wear them daily for my walks but it’s time to try another brand.

The left shoe fit well, I loved it. However, as I put the right shoe on.. it feels way bigger. When I measure where my big toe ends on both shoes the right is significantly larger. Very disappointed :(

shoes laces do not hold when you tighten them, so the only part tight is the top shoe lace... never have seen this on any running shoe... and feels very uncomfortable
