Not my favorite. I have other ON’s that I like and decided to try these. Not a good fit for me.

The shoe overall initially did well. It only lasted 5 months. The soft rubber on the heel rubbed down quickly on the sidewalks. Then it started to cause problems as I walk heavy on my heels.

Had these ordered to walk in (hard surfaces indoor and outdoor) and the shoe began separating around the toe on both the left and right side. This was < 6 months of receiving the shoes, and having a previous pair of Cloudswift shoes that had the soles fell apart this is a "fool me twice, shame on me" situation.

I ordered these as the same size of a pair I bought 2-3 years ago that fit perfectly. Apparently On Cloud has changed the last and these are too narrow and I cannot find them in a wide size. Very unhappy so I am returning them

We just purchased these in may and now it’s July 10 and the shoes have not held up, they have holes in them and the bottom has worn out

Material is not durable. Wore out after three months and the company refused to honor the warranty, stating that the soles looked like normal wear and tear. Very comfortable shoes but terrible quality and even worse customer service!

I have many pair of this particular brand. These shoes run big. After working out in them for about 30 days I’m very disappointed with the comfort. Would not recommend these.

Ordered these for my husband. They were too narrow and the wide option was not offered.

These shoes are comfortable but have fallen apart within a short time. One eyelet has tore through and another is almost there. There is material that has come detached from the shoe. Overall, not a well-built pair of shoes (I have a friend with the same pair, same issues).

I'd heard great things about these shoes - but not made for people with feet shaped like mine. Very small for the marked size and extremely narrow

Unfortunately this shoe was too small. I wear an 11M and could have gone up a half size but there was no option for that. I liked the look of the shoe though.

The size 12 1/2 was too small. I have gotten two pairs over the last 4 years exactly like the ones here, both 12 1/2 and they fit perfect.

I have a wide foot & decided to try something new. Noticed they were snug when I put them on. I have logged about 5 hours and approximately 18 miles of walking thinking they would "break in" with no such luck. Arch feels like it is off a bit off on both feet. I would not suggest these to those with wide feet.

THis is my second pair of this shoe. They changed the design. It is more tight in the toe area. Very tight. Not like older model. Will be returning

I returned them. The way they are designed, you cannot open up the width, it is not movable. It was difficult getting my foot in the shoe. When I saw the laces, I thought it would be opened to allow the foot to easily go into the shoe.

For the price I paid these wore out very quickly. They were comfortable to walk in, but as time went on they stretched out. The sole is awful, it was constantly picking up rocks and I had a heck of a time picking them out because they really stuck. I don’t recommend these shoes, there are better ones on the market for less moolah.

I reeeeaaaallly wanted to like these shoes. They are definitely well constructed, and they look great. There were just a few major flaws that I can't get past. The biggest problem is that it feels like there is a ridge that runs the length of the toe box that my second metatarsal just pounds on and it is wildly uncomfortable. I tried swapping out 4 different types of insoles to try to mitigate the feeling but I just couldn't get past it. Not a single pair of the 50 other shoes I own have this issue, it's definitely a problem with this specific pair. Secondly, and less of an issue but still annoying, is that the "knuckles" of the bottom of the shoe have such big gaps that all sorts of things get stuck in them constantly and I found myself routinely having to stop to pull something out. Last thing I'll mention is that these are advertised as high cushion shoes but after 8 months of trying to break them in that has proven to be NOT TRUE. They are very rigid on the outsoles. That, and the longitudinal ridge in the toe box makes these a terrible walking or running or really anything shoe. I kinda hate them.

I had high hopes for this shoe. I was told it was light-weight (that's true) and the best run i'll ever have. I'm a triathlete and have been running on Asics for over 15 years. First time I switched and i was very disappointed. It felt like i was running without shoes ... very hard run. Almost felt like i was running on a pair of worn out shoes that have lost the absorption. I'm returning them and going back to my consistent Asics Noosa

I purchased these sneakers for minimal use, primarily for when I go on vacation. I do it recommend these sneakers because they squeak every time i take a step. They are really annoying. These are the only sneakers that does this. I can just squeeze the rear sole and they squeak. I put in a warranty claim which was denied. I do not recommend this brand at all. Go with ASIC’s

Worst running shoes I have ever had.

I’ve worn this ONs style for 5 years. I have a narrow foot and they used to fit perfectly. Much wider and longer than previous years model.

They were not cushioned enough for me

Wow! Received a used pair of shoes, yellow stains all over.

This is my 2nd pair of Clouldswifts and unlike the 1st pair these have started to fall apart after less than 2 weeks of wearing them. The front parts of both the left and right shoes have become unglued and the On Cloud warranty process takes apparently 3 weeks to approve a claim. Hopefully this will get resolved quicker than that, but it's still not a good look for the company.

Comfort and style are fine, durability not so much. I’ve had these a little a little over three months and the soles are already wearing down to the point where some areas are almost completely worn through. These aren’t my daily wear shoes and I typically only only run a few miles a week, so I would have expected these to last longer than they have.
