Fits small.

Size was good but not for a wider foot... it was really tight with a standard sock. Really liked the look of the shoes so was willing to try a 1/2 size up but they don't offer 13 1/2.

I have bought the Cloudswift recently in light gray and it fits great. the Denim/midnight is too tight. I will return these and reorder and hope the sizing is better-love the look and feel of Ons

I have owned 3 pairs of these shoes. They are super comfortable, LOVE how they slip on; the style is second to none. BUT they get used up quickly. I walk 2-5 miles per day and the cushioning of the soles just wears out too quickly. My lower back is aching after 3 months. I just think sneakers at this price point should last longer. I switched to Hokas. They are hideous but they are comfortable and give me the long lasting support I need. I joke with my wife that they looks like geriatric shoes. Anyway, if you don’t do a lot of walking, the On Clouds are amazing. ?

I love everything about these. My only complaint is the white of the side sole is different than the white on the rest of the shoe, and that’s not evident in the photos. Still a good shoe, just disappointed in the final result

I thought it was a good shoe, good support and proper cushion. The shoe was just too tight at the ball and didn't allow for the loosing of the shoestrings in that area.

Plastic in heel is uncomfortable and digs into heels. They look good, are ok for walking but are no good for running.

Too small & snug. I love Mizuno & have been wearing for several years. Just tried On 'cloud...this is too tight in the toe area. need to return.

runs really big. I normally wear a 7.5 so that is what I originally ordered and had to return for a 7. The 7 is still a 1/2 size to big.

Weren't as comfortable as I wanted them to be. I have bunions, neuroma, and bony feet, so I need good support and no pinching. So many great reviews, but I just didn't think they were worth the price considering that my feet weren't very happy.

I went from the cloud 2.0 to these and they have too much arch support and actually hurt my feet. Actually wore them for a week or so and went back to the 2.0’s

First time trying out On Shoes. Curious about the technology and fit and feel. Impressed with the technology and high quality. Ordered multiple pairs to try on and compare to see which had the best fit and feel. Need to wear Rx orthotics as none of them have good arch support. This shoe, Cloudswift, while a great shoe, felt too tight. Maybe ordering a half or full size larger would help? Unlike typical tongue and laces running shoes, these are the glove like slip on kind and were very difficult to get on. Once on, they felt comfortable, but too tight, so they were returned. But they might be exactly what someone else is looking for in fit and feel. Give they a try.

I think that I was shipped a men’s size so it was too big. Too bad because they were really cute.

I thought they were a tennis shoe version of the oofos…definitely not!

I really like the comfort of these shoes. I walk quite a bit. between 50 and 70 miles a week. After 13 weeks, the heels of these shoes had been destroyed.

Seemed like they ran a little small and narrow. Returned original order for 1/2 size bigger. Fit was still just ok. Nice shoes but I’ve had others in similar price range that were more comfortable. Not sure I’d buy again

This shoe is usually equipped with NEUTRAL arch support, whereas lately, they have been arriving with MODERATE support. If you have flat feet or low arches, this is not a shoe to purchase. Overall, the quality is good and the comfort fair.

Way too small and the width is way too narrow. It's definitely not a medium width.

This was a very comfortable shoe. I have a wider foot and the toe box was roomy. But... For the cost of this shoe I expected more. The shoe was squeaky and it kept getting rocks, twigs, etc. stuck in the sole and I didn’t even wear them that much. They were easy to slip on and were nice to wear. Without the squeeking and rocks sticking in the sole, it would be a very nice shoe. Too bad...returning.

Uneven arch caused right heel pain. Soles too stiff for me.

They have squeaked while walking almost since day one.

Shoes are really uncomfortable and I wish I didnt buy, going from hokas to these is a mistake.
