Love it! This shoe provides plenty of cushion. Not as comfortable as the original Stinson Trail models and the tongue is a bit short, but it delivers. No knee or joint pain after running!

Feels like walking on a cloud. My high arches and sore ankles love them.

I wear this shoe almost every day. I work on my feet and so I have to have a good shoe and I have a leg injury and chronic pain so finding a good pair of shoes is always a struggle... Since finding Hoka I have not bought another brand of shoe. I have turned everyone I know into a Hoka fan, everyone in my family wears them now. I cannot say enough good things about these shoes - I am so glad I found them!!!

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital and these did not leave my feet hurting!

Normally wear Bondi's wide for severe plantar fasciitis, but thought I would try these as they are neutral/plush. I wear full orthotics inserts so I went up a half size because the Stinsons only come in B width. I love the Stinson ATR and will be adding them into my 6 month shoe replacement rotation (necessary with my plantar tendon problems). The Stinson ATR 5 seem just as comfy with a great plushy heel, as the Bondi's. I love having more shoe choices for different terrains.

Great shoe love the color true to size

I walk 4 miles a day in these shoes. I had recently been experiencing foot pain related to my big toe and the ball of my foot. There was swelling and a lot of heat. It hurt. I thought I was going to have to give up my walks until the pain subsided. Fortunately, these shoes solved my problem. I am so grateful to not have to give up my walks. My other shoes were aggravating the problem, these shoes did not. My feet are better now, but I will continue to use these shoes because they are so comfortable. I hope they wear well. So far so good.

My husband and I just walked the 500 mile Camino de Santiago French route in May, over the Pyrennes mountains and across Northern Spain including crossing 2 more mountain ranges. I walked every step in these shoes! Lots of different surfaces and often old Roman cobble-stoned roads, and very uneven ground.These shoes were fantastic, very comfortable and highly cushioned! Fortunately I did not get one blister and no injuries at all. I did wear liner socks with wool socks on top. My feet are on the wide side, and I usually need to get wide shoes in other Hokas, but I had eliminated other styles as not roomy enough even in wide. I initially had despaired of wearing Hoka's because of the usual too narrow styling of the toe box. But then a friend mentioned that one style is wider....the Stinson style! These Stinson ATR 5 shoes are very roomy, plus designed wider, so I could spread my toes on my long walk. For a long walk like I did though, I bought shoes half a size bigger than normal. Upon my return, I have now just bought a second pair my normal size for everyday wear.

I have been suffering with foot and leg problems from years of overtraining and many injuries. I use to run marathons but now that I am older and have many issues with my feet and legs I have been unable to run and at times I have not been able to even walk. However, now that I have these shoes I have been able to walk for a hour at a good pace with less or no pain. I think these shoes are worth the money! For me to be able to walk is a blessing for my mental health as well as my physical health. thank you Hoka for making a great shoe!!

Great looking shoe out the box. Wore last nite to work standing 9 hours feels great. Plenty of room could have got half size smaller I think. I'm keeping love the colors and comfort. Thanks

I am both a gym rat and a hairstylist. I stand all day, every day on CEMENT floors (which I've done for a decade now so the pain starts to add up.) I feel comfortable and supported all day long. Also the wider toe box was a game changer because my toes get SORE usually. Love my Stinson 5 shoes. They are perfect! They are my first Hoka shoes I've ever owned. Love them!

I have several pair of shoes by Hoka. These are the most comfortable for an elderly person with bad knees. This is my 2nd pair of this style and well worth the price. Wish they came in brighter colors. Other than that, don't change a thing. These are not just a sport shoe but magic for your feet and legs. Thanks Hoka!!!!!

I use these for work where I am outside for 10-12 hours on my feet walking a lot around horse facilities and pastures. I used to have heel pain until I started wearing hokas! This model is so far perfect for my use. They look a little bulky, but I don't care as my feet and legs do not get tired at all even after long hours. Not for those with narrow feet. I have wide feet and very high arches so they work well.

I love these shoes!!!! My plantar fasciitis has improved since I've started wearing them to work.

I average between 60- 80 miles walking a week and these shoes are amazing.

Stand all day feels really comfortable

I use these shoes as a tennis shoe. I have plantar fasciitis in both heels, arthritis in my left hip and low back. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe. It is perfect!

This is my favorite Hoka so far. I loved my Stinson 3--but was disappointed with Stinson 4. I tried Stinson 5 and am so glad I did. I love the wider toe box. The cushioning and slight rocker bottom makes it feel like I'm walking in an "all-wheel drive" shoe. Please don't change a thing. I think I'm going to order a second pair, just in case.

I used these shoes to walk from Rim to Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon last week. We started in snow on the north rim. The shoes are excellent for me. The toe box is a bit wider than my other Hokas, whic was a plus for me. I used Protalus inserts for this walk because I had plantar fasciitis this winter. They worked great with the shoes.

My hips used to hurt when I ran and these shoes literally stopped the problem! My Physical Therapist had told me to stop running altogether but all I needed were these amazingly comfortable shoes...wouldn't be on the trail without them!
