I really wanted to like these pants as I bought them for an upcoming Iceland trip. I am 5'7'' and weigh 145 pounds and got the size 6 which is my normal size for all pants. I could not get the pants up as the waistband has zero stretch and is apparently only made for very thin people. I unfortunately will be returning these pants.

I normally wear size 4 on Arc'teryx hiking pant, but this one doesn't fit. The leg is too tight, can only fit chicken leg. I wouldn't recommend it.
