Aside from the length which may be a bit on the short side for the taller ladies, these pants are easily the most comfortable hiking/day pant that I own. They are hyper-light, stylish and feel as though you are not wearing a pant at all. Typically, I opt for shorts when hiking because I hate to over-heat, but even on the hottest days these pants will do the trick. Most importantly, they are super moisture-wicking and impressively fast-drying. After a pint was spilt on them, what the DWR finish didn't repel was dry after two minutes. Overall, a sleek looking, beer-proof pant that doubles as casual wear or sports wear.

Possibly the best piece of clothing I've ever owned (certainly the most versatile!). I'm yet to test these in the conditions I bought them for (trekking in Peru in temperatures ranging from 0C to 25C) but I'm pretty certain these pants will not let me down. Absolutely love them so far!

It started with this pant. I wore it so much so I bought the black. That worked out so well, I bought orange long shorts; that was such a hit with me (and friends' comments) that, needing a rain jacket, I searched and went for an orange-red beta hybrid (?) and the lot of my Arcteryx purchases formed the basis for my wardrobe for my Canadian Rockies 2-week vacation. Thanks.

I bought one pair of these pants in a store in NC. As soon as I wore them the first time, I came back and ordered 3 more pairs!! They are perfect for hiking, golf, and general outdoor running around. We live in Montana. It has been really warm here and the pants work great in the heat as well as in the cold. They fit perfectly and are actually flattering for a hiking pant. I really can't say enough great things.

Before these pants, I had never met a pair of hiking pants I truly loved. I mostly had to settle for excessive fabric bunched at the waist. I'm in love with these. They fit my waist and hips and have enough stretch to allow any movement I could want. They are like yoga pants made of technical material. If you want a looser pant, you probably aren't looking at these anyway. If you want something that's fitted and looks great - these pants are awesome! I'm 5'2" 135 and went with a size 6 (my normal size). My waist is 26, hips are 38. I went with the purple reign and it's a very versatile purple. Cannot say enough great things - now I want more colors!

I love these pants! They are super comfortable because of the stretch and the thick waistband. I've worn them hiking a few times and they are great! They are the perfect weight for spring/fall temperatures and the stretch allows for scrambling. They fit pretty true to size. A nice bonus is these pants are available in short! Yay! There aren't enough hiking pants with the short inseam option.

I bought this in purple reign color and love it; it's a purple that goes with a lot of other colors. The fit is truly 'trim' all the way and fits perfectly--no sags or bags, nor is it as close fitting as leggings which, for some like me, might be too revealing for general wear. The long leg length and high-ish waist make it perfect for bending and biking.

I love these pants around the house and around town. They look great, super comfortable. The fabric is great like in all of my pants from here. Dries really quickly. But for hiking, I prefer other Arcteryx pants. The pockets make no sense. Like what the designers actually stashed in them, I have no idea. My phone didn't fit. My map didn't fit. Even snacks were awkward because of the flap over the zipper. The leg holes don't fit over boots so my boots kept coming untied on the days I wore these. The waist is also super tight and getting these on in my tent was like some kind of gymnastic feat. The waistband when I have them on is one of my favourite things though. I had a new pack and my other pants were chafing but these did not at all. I think I will keep these for casual wear and day hikes, though I think I prefer the cita for most day hikes. They also have no pockets but at least they don't pretend. I'm 5'9 and 135lbs and a 4 fits well.

I love these pants. I have them in Dimma and it is a muted purple. The only issue I have with them is the crotch...there's so much extra fabric there lol. The legs fit slim and it is so stretchy, like the fabric moves with you. Super light weight. My first pants from this brand and wont be the last. The size 2S fit like leggings, and 6R fit loose but still wearable. The waist band is tight (38 inch hips) but I am able to shimmy them on. Once on, they are great! I wear them for brisk walking, biking, and around town.

Overall great fit, love the drawstring to make micro adjustments. But seriously... what is up with the pockets?! We don't use old Nokia phones here, hello generations of smartphone users. How am I suppose to gram now? The pockets are enough for a few credit cards and a chunk full of coins. You'll be lucky to shove a half eaten granola bar in there. Give us our pockets!

I have several pairs of these (and the Sabria shorts too). I LOVE that they are a pull on style with no zipper flay and no snap/button to dig into my skin at the wasitband when wearing a heavy pack. BUT, the legs are quite tight. The waist and bum are great but so snug around my quads and calves. I'm athletic shaped but not with giant quads or anything. Also, if the pocket could fit my iPhone 12 Pro Max then they would be the most perfect pant ever! Designers take note for the next iteration of Sabria pants please!!!

They are slim fitting and I like the way they are a mix between leggings and hiking pants. However, if they could fix two things I would love them: giving the waistband more stretch and pockets that fit my phone. I was happy to see others mentioned it is difficult to get over their hips I would say anyone with a curvy figure will have issues. I wear a size 0 in most Arc'teryx, I struggle with a size 2. It's not so bad around town; it was miserable when I was backpacking and sweating. I still like them and wear them, just not hiking.

I like these pants, but the waist is tighter than needed to pull over your hips (cita pant is better at this) and the pockets are sadly too small for a cell phone so they are less helpful in the field. I like the fit otherwise.

These are stellar pants. I'm 5'6 & 140 lbs and size 8 fits well. As a guide who spends a lot of time in the woods, these would be my favorite pants if the thigh pockets were deeper so my phone fit in them and if they had two back pockets. This keeps me from buying them in more colors. Otherwise, I really like them.

I bought my first pair in black and within a day of wearing them I was obsessed. I climb, hike, mountain bike and work in them! I wore them around so much that I bought a second pair. My only regret is that I didn't buy them in a tall size as they are a tiny bit short for me.

The pants are lovely material and a nice high waistband. Perfect for fitting under a waistbelt and still looking modern and cute. However, I am exchanging my pair for a size down. I'm 5'5" and 117 lbs without a butt. I am normally between a 2 and 4. Based on the size chart I was a 2 but considering the reviews I sized up and chose a 4. They would work but I'm looking for a tighter, slimmer fit. Almost tempted not to exchange because otherwise I want to wear them immediately!

These pants look amazing, but the calves are too tight. I never thought my legs were beefy, but these pants literally have to stretch across my calves! I'm not even a runner, lol! They do look great on my back side and they fit almost like leggings without being leggings. I think I'm even going to wear them to work!

Purchased for desert hiking as well as colder weather hiking. I like the slim fit style and the fabric, which did a great job regulating temperature in different climates. The one drawback is the lack of adjustments on the hem and the waist. I found the tiny internal drawstring more difficult than the belt style to keep the pants up. Also, for river crossings it's difficult and a bit uncomfortable to pull the bottom hem up the calf.

I bought this during the summer. The pant is very light and comfortable. Fits me very well. Good for summer and early autumn hiking.

I've had these pants for two years now and I climb in them a ton. They have never worn holes or had any abrasion whatsoever, great quality. They are my go to pant for summer alpine climbs and hikes. They are a nice slim fit which is hard to find in women's outdoor pants and they are flattering on. The only things I don't like is they don't feel too breathable when it is hot or I get sweaty, it would be great if the material could breath more. Also, the waist band is the same material as the pants so can be hard to get over your butt when taking on and off. It would be better if the band actually stretched. But other than that, I love them! And the side zip pockets are nice and fit my iphone 8.

I will parrot what everyone else is saying about the sizing. I'm 125lbs and usually wear a 2 or 4. I had to buy these in a size 6 and it was still difficult to get them over my butt. Once they're on, they're great! The pockets are a bit tight as well and probably won't fit a larger a phone.

Wore these for a hike in warm weather and they were great. Very breathable and light. They dry quickly and can be worn casually as well. There is a small drawstring at the waist but because there's no elastic waistband, it can be hard to get over your bum and can be loose around waist even with drawstring. But I didn't mind because I wasn't looking for super fitted pants. The pockets are useful and easy to access but are too small for my iPhone 11. It would be nice to have bigger pockets and/or pockets on the back.

Lots of good things about these pants. The fabric is breathable and flexible, the fit is flattering (though they do run small; order one size up), they are easy care, they look nice (good for active and street wear), and they come in a longer length (I'm 5'11"). BUT the pockets are a serious drawback. There are only 2, mid-thigh, and they are shallow and short. My iPhone Plus sticks out well above the pocket; definitely not secure.
