I've ordered these shoes for years and have loved them. This time I ordered a 7wide and got a box that said 7wide and shoes that were not. Reordered and for the correct a size but one was narrow and a different shape than the other. I'll be looking for a different shoe now.

I ordered a new pair of softwalk shoes to replace the ones I currently wear. When I ordered the same exact size as I currently wear the ones I recieved were to big. I dont know is the new pair are made in a different factory or what but had to return them.

I would would buy again if they had smaller sizes. I was able to sale to a co worker. I am on my feet for 12 plus hours and need to find a shoe that I can wear for a long period of time and in my size besides a tennis shoe.

I bought these on sale on Black Friday. They are not true to size. Since Soft Walk does not do exchanges, I had to return them. They would not honor the original sale price I bought them for, saying that it had to be within 30 days. No where is it written that sale prices will only be honored within 30 days when the exchange time is 60 days. So now they want me to pay full price for a pair of shoes all because they are incorrectly sized and they don't do exchanges.

The shoes were comfortable and looked nice, but the lower part of the sole separated from the upper part after 5 wearings.

These shoes were very cushiony and comfortable but the bottom layer of the sole separated from the rest of the sole after I wore them 5 times. The toe box was a bit toght so I opted not to get a replacement pair. Costumer service was wonderful, though - I really appreciate it!

Shoe was comfortable but the design began to peel off by 2 weeks.

The shoe felt great when I tried it on, but by day four, my toes started to go numb and I had a pinched nerve on the top of my foot. They would not let me exchange for a half-size bigger to see if that would fix the problem. Bummer for my feet, my wallet, and for being a future customer.

I bought these once before and never got my refund. I sent that pair back that was sent to me worn with a blood/dirt spot inside of them and the size worn off on them on the inside and never, and purchased another pair with the hopes of getting my money back for the first ones. I only bought them again because they were on sale and I'm a nursing student and couldn't afford them other wise. I tried to contact customer service twice and never heard anything back from them about them selling me a worn pair of nasty shoes. The company is a disappointment and I will not be buying from them again.

I bought these shoes to wear in a kitchen. Sadly, I need a narrow width, which I didn't see offered.

Never again will I buy another pair of these shoes... my feet are hurting right now!
