I originally tried to find the shoes I've worn for years that have been the most comfortable. Greys anatomy is what I should have stuck with because these new ones I am unable to wear more than a couple hours at a time.

I ordered one color and received another color but the box stated it was the correct color. I emailed customer service and they don't do exchanges. The said I could return the wrong pair and reorder the correct pair but I just kept the wrong color. However they are very comfortable.

This product isn't for everyone, I wish this came in wide width. I have high arches & these shoes aren't for me.

Previously I have purchased many softwalks by Grey's anatomy. They stopped selling them. I assumed the basic softwalks were the same shoe. However, after a month of wear the pattern is peeling off and the tops have cracked. The softwalks Meredith by Grey's anatomy used to last me a good year. Disappointed

I've been buying and wearing these shoes for the past 5 years. I can usually get 1 year out of the shoes before the insoles start to wear down. This past pair of shoes I purchased- about 2 months ago- had different insoles and are by far much worse. My feet started hurting on day one. I'm on my feet for 8-9 hours getting up and down assisting patients. I've always been so pleased with these shoes but this new pair has been so disappointing. I don't want to pay over $100 for a pair of shoes to have to turn around and go pay for insoles to get the support I need. I'm so sad because these shoes have always been so good.

I try to wear these at work but I can't get through my 12 hr shift in them due to they hurt my left foot

I have had two different Meredith pairs of shoes. The last pair I absolutely loved, the design was so cute and the shoe feels great. Unfortunately the design came off shortly after I got them, I was so disappointed. I don't think I will be purchasing the Meredith again. :(

I am a medical assistant and have had these shoes for a couple weeks like 3 or so! They are very comfortable but unfortunately the sole is already detaching from the base of the shoe! I work in a doctors office which does not put wear on a shoe within such an extemely short amount of time! I am extremely disappointed because most greys anatomy products are great! When you pay over $100 for shoes you expect to have great quality and for them to last you a couple years! I will not be purchasing these clogs ever again due to them falling apart wayyyy to early!

I wore these shoes for 3, 12 hour shifts and the outside is already peeling off. The shoe itself is very comfortable and I love the fit and arch support, but quality wise it is lacking greatly.

I bought these shoes in pink floral pattern- they are absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Unfortunately, they didn't last. I purchased these less than six months ago and they are already "talking." The sole has come separated from the liner of the shoe. I noticed this when I was squatting down to place an IV and I almost tripped and stuck myself while standing up. I've contacted the company, because I'm hoping I just got a faulty pair. They're so cute! But I cannot afford to replace them every 4-6 months. For a work shoe designed for nurses who work 12 hour shifts on their feet, they should be much, MUCH more durable.

My shoes are only worn inside the hospital and the outside detailing had started falling off less than 2 months into me having them, and now 4 months later they look as if they are yrs old and now very ugly.. For the price I paid the quality of craftsmanship should have been put into the details...

These shoes are mis-sized: the left one is much too big and too wide (slides off when I'm walking), while the right one is tight. Although my right foot is larger, the comparison here is ridiculous. I've had SoftWalk clogs before and never had a problem with sizing and certainly not between my two feet. Big disappointment; will not buy again.

I've bought over a handful of these clogs and the last 2 pairs I bought were awful! These were my absolute favorite shoes for work but the quality has changed and they fall apart quite quickly unfortunately.

Shoes too difficult to put on tight and uncomfortable.

I have only had these shoes for two weeks and the bottoms are coming undone already!

The sole of the shoes came unglued within one week. I called and was told that I could order a new pair and get the money back on the first ones after I PAY to ship them back. No discount. No help. I was told that this was a problem once before and that they switched manufacturers but the problem has started happening again. They are extremely comfortable and so I decided to keep them. But I had to glue them myself. Disappointed in the manufacturing.

I am a nurse who has religiously worn the Meredith by Softwalk since I discovered it about 3 years ago. They were so comfortable, and came in Wide, so that they didn't squeeze my toes (I broke my foot about 7 years ago, and since then I can't wear narrow shoes for long without getting painful foot spasms). I recommended these shoes to EVERYONE, and described them as "walking on a dream", they were so comfortable. This new Meredith Sport Fits NOTHING like the original Meredith used to. I have always worn Meredith 8W, and it was a tiny bit on the large size, but very comfortable. I ordered the Meredith Sport in 8W, but it squeezes my toes (on both feet, not just the formerly broken one) and rubs on the back of my heel (a thing that the old version never did). I am BEYOND disappointed. No other shoe came even close to the comfort that was the original Meredith. Believe me, I've looked. You have lost a customer by changing to an inferior product.
