This is my fifth pair of softwalks and the first time I have ever been disappointed. I always buy the same size and width and for some reason this pair is so tight on my toes they are unbearable to wear. Because I have always been able to wear my softwalks right out of the box with no issue, I made the mistake of wearing these to work the day after I received them and now can't return them.

When I first got these, I thought they were amazing. My only complaint at first was they didn't make them in a size small enough. I've had them for about 2 weeks. My feet still hurt from plantar faciatis, and the design is peeling and crumbling off. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours a day. If I'm going to pay this much for shoes, I need something that gets rid of the pain and is going to last.

Shoe is clunky and not very comfortable. Heel was too high to be comfortable. I felt like I was going to trip over something. Bigger than expected for the size I ordered. My heel kept slipping back and up out of the shoe. I had to return them but did not order the same shoe in another size. They would still look and feel clunky.

I've had a pair of these shoes for over a year. I'm on my feet constantly. It took 2 weeks to break the other pair in, but they've been incredible. I was very disappointed to try the new pair-exact size- I wore them to an emergency call, and regretted it immensely. They were sliding off of my heel every time I took a step. I can't return them now, and they don't fit. I guess I just threw that money in the trash.

I'm standing all day long on those hospital floors which are terrible. My feet didn't hurt nearly as bad as they normally do with a regular sneaker or other shoe. The only down fall would be that the edge of the shoe rubbed just under my right ankle & I got a blister. So I had to put a band aid on with a gauze bandage & keep moving but I'm sure once they break in I should be ok

I love the comfort of the shoe and the fun designs and I would love a summer sandal with the same arch and height! Have a similar shoe to the Navy lines but make it Red lines!!

The shoes are nice and probably would have been great but the customer service was horrible! I paid $16 for 2 day shipping and received the shoes late on the third day....the box I received had the correct size but the shoes inside the box were a different size! I tried to call the customer service number and kept hearing the message that they were busy and I could leave a message....so I left my message, they called back while I was at work they left a message and said they would send me a return label and that I could return the shoes and reorder or I could just receive a refund. They didn't even address the shipping issue delivery delay or the sizing issue! So I am sending them back for a refund and I will take my business elsewere!

Use for every work on healthcare. Not as much cushion as the Gray's anatomy by softwalk. Run slightly small.

These shoes were good for a couple months but eventually became worn out quickly. The fronts scuffed up almost immediately. The soles became stiffer and I found that my feet hurt more by the end of the night. And finally, a hole wore out in the top of the inside that ultimately made me get a different pair of shoes because it was rubbing and painful.

These shoes probably would have worked except that the side rubbed against my lateral malleolus causing quite a bit of pain. Otherwise they seemed to be expertly constructed and comfortable.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I work in retail and am on my feet for 10+ hours a day, so good shoes are important. When I tried these shoes on in the store, they felt like pillows for my feet. Not so much after wearing them a week or so. My feet measure 7.5 wide, which is hard to find, so I was excited to see this. For me, they are a little too wide, my feet feel like they move too much in the shoe. Due to high arches, I usually go for a bit of a heal. These are a bit too flat, and I had to add an insert for the arches. Because I spent so much on them, I continued to wear them. However, I can tell I am in need of new shoes when my legs ache badly when going to bed. I have probably gotten about 4 months wear out of these. For the money, I will go back to the more supportive Dansko or Klog.

I bought these shoes to use as my nursing shoes. Ever since I have graduated from school this is the only brand of "nursing" shoe I have found to be comfortable for my high arches and narrow heels. I used to swear by this company. However, with my most recent purchase my NEW shoes already have holes/cracks on the outside patterns. This happened after only 3 days of wearing them! It makes them appear cheaply made and left me highly disappointed.

Very comfortable and good for work but the sole separated after 3 months of wear which is disappointing

I ordered 2 of the exact same shoes in the exact same size. One was a half size smaller than the other.

I wear these shoes at work in the hospital, so having comfortable shoes while standing for close to 12 hours is a must! I just feel as though they should have my size in wide because I have flat feet, no arch, and my toes aren't the straightest. I've only worn them a couple of weeks and was hoping they'd stretch out but I haven't seen much progress.

These are my favorite brand of work shoes, however this pair started falling apart less than a week after purchase. They only had this one particular style in my size, they haven't made new shoes in ordinary sizes in more than a year.
