It is too narrow for my feet even though this is supposed to be my size

Bought these sneakers to help me with more cushion for my feet and in turn my back. Instead it is actually numbing my feet. I really wanted to love them.

These were my first pair of Asiacs so I had high hopes. I'm not sure why but they are very uncomfortable on my right foot, to the point I can't do stay in them for longer than 30 minutes.

Sent a message yesterday to customer care. Love the fit and feel of the product but after only a few weeks the fabric is tearing and I am annoyed as they were not a cheap pair of sneakers.

I have the gel-cumulus and I love them but these gave me so many blisters I can not wear them. I emailed customer support and never heard back. Overall very disappointing.

Unfortunately the shoes were marked 10 1/2 but were a 1/2 shorter than the exact same shoe model that I have at this time.

They run small. The insole is stiff and Is not flexible. Not my first pair of This brand, very disappointing

I have had this shoe in the past, loved them, but this time they are different. I dont like the foam feel. They were much more comfortable before you changed them. Ive always worn a 7, these were too small.

I walked in them and they caused a blister on my heel. My feet hurt so bad I had stop my walk and change shoes. Since I walked in them I can't return them!! Not happy!!

I bought these because I wanted something with arch support for lengthy (hour-long) walks. I knew I'd have to break them in, so I wore them several times around the house and on a couple shorter walks. Maybe I took an hour-long walk too soon, but even so, the blisters were unexpectedly horrible because they were located on the insides of my feet, not on the back like you'd expect. A swath of skin about two inches long on the inside of my heel directly behind the arch (on both feet) was detached from the other skin layers and filled with liquid. I punctured the blisters to get rid of the liquid, and after several weeks they're still healing. I think the shoes rubbed there because of the sole, which goes up on the side of the shoe rather than staying flat. I don't know if this feature is there for arch support, but if it is it only gives blisters instead.

I have a blister the size of a walnut from your horribly designed shoe. Had to deal with it. Can't shop with a pandemic. Looking for a public review now to check complain.

Too tight in the toe box,love the color wished it would have fit

After one run, I had horrible pain in my ankles and heels. There is little support in the shoe, and I should've realized this before purchasing. After taking the tags off of the shoes, you're unable to return them, so I couldn't even test them out.

Unfortunately this is nothing like the Gel-Nimbus 20.. It ran short- I would recommend you size up a whole size. Overall not nearly as much comfort like it used to. I ended with the Gel-Kayano.

I bought these because the Nimbus 21 were too narrow. I tried these on and it was awful. No cushion! Immediately took them off because my plantar fasciitis acted up. I need good shoes with good cushion because I'm on my feet more than 12 hours. I miss Nimbus 17, those were the best pair!

These run very large. I ordered my normal Asics size and thought they would work, but after wearing realized they were at least a half size too big. Huge toe box and loose ankle area.

I've bought the same sneakers for the past 6 years. These by far Not the same quality that I have been used too. The sole is very stiff and not cushiony as in the past. Very disappointed for the money I paid

I bought these because I had the 18s and they were super cushy, even now quite old, and Ineeded an upgrade. I would never guess this is the latest version of the 18s. While the rest of the shoe fit nicely (even though I need an 8 in Asics and wear 7/7.5 in any other brand), the heel and support of the shoe was incredibly inflexible and hard. And I only wore them around my house. Running in them would be awful. I am hoping to return them for something better.

I purchases several pairs of the 20 and found them very comfortable. These I found very hard and stiff and no room for little toe. I already purchase these one size larger than my normal size so going up a half size is not an option. Wish asics would have left well enough alone.

I emailed you guys regarding those shoes and I have not heard back I have never been more disappointed in a shoe.I work 13 hour shifts in hospital and nursing facility and currently on a Covid unit and my feet so bad with these shoes I wish I could've sent them back

No padding ball of the foot . They have made the cushioning so much less . Got blisters on bottom of foot first few days. Loved me last pair . Never buying ASICS again

These shoes were AWFUL for my feet. I went on a 4 hour walk, which has been a non-issue in all other ASICS, New Balance, and Saucony shoes for 30 years - the balls and arches of my feet were in agony for 3 entire days, even though I used my custom inserts. I walked in my hiking boots on day 4 with the same custom inserts, no problems at all. It was the ASICS, not the inserts. I do not recommend these shoes if you need cushioning or arch support, lest you experience the same torture I did. I got scared I gave myself hairline fractures. Big bummer to the say the least. Never had a problem with ASICS in 10 year purchase history.

This is my second pair of Nimbus 21 and these are the most uncomfortable shoes. It feels like I'm walking barefoot on concrete. I'm returning them for a refund.

I, like many others, get so disgusted when a shoe company makes a new model and is so careless as to not ensure that sizes match up. ASICS has betrayed me!

No cushion. My feet were hurting in like 2. Went back to my old shoe and put a dr scholls insole in it
