Shoe feels ok. Looks good. Needs more padding under ball of foot. Also the fabric trim at the ankle has already started to ravel and fray after only 4-5 wears in less then one month.

I look foward to my new Nimbus shoes each year , this version is NOT the same as past versions. Not sure what they were thinking. Toebox very narrow, less padding, hard to put on and painful to wear. They were returned immediately for the 22's which are awesome.

This is definitely not the Nimbus I remember. This shoe is hard and uncomfortable.

I have worn Gel Nimbus for years but this version is very uncomfortable. The bottom feelsl like I am walking on a wood board and my feet and calves were extremely sore afte wearing these. They do not feel at all like previous versions of the Gel Nimbus.

I've been running for about 18 years and have worn only Asics. The model I wear has changed over the years since the original ones I started with were discontinued but had success twice in switching to a different model. The most recent was the Nimbus-19, so I assumed the 21's would work. I was wrong. Initially, they felt great but around a half a mile the toes on my right foot went numb. The left side felt great until around mile 3 when the balls of both of my feet started to burn, so these are not for me and were returned.

In my quest to find the right running shoe for me, the Gel-Nimbus 21 was quite disappointing. The fit was at least a half size small, there was no arch support, and cushioning was extremely limited. My feet rejected them the second I put them on, so they were returned. My needs are met well by the Gen-Cumulus 21.

This is the second and last pair of gel-nimbus I puchase. The collar ripped with less than 2 months of wear and it is not caused by rubbing, just bad manufacturing or fabric quality. Other than that, they are comfortable.

This is the second pair of Asics Nimbus 21s that I have purchased this year for my wife. She loves the first pair that I bought her. She has worn the sole out from walking 5 miles a day, but she says that these hurt her feet so badly that she can't wear them. She gave them to our daughter who says they hurt her feet also.

I purchased these shoes for walking at our local track and I have already had to replace them with only 60 miles on them! I was very disappointed in the quality of this shoe!

You sent the wrong color sneakers, they were a gift, and they decided to keep them

I bought the 21 as I have worn the Nimbus for some years, but this version does not have the soft insole that I have come to expect from Nimbus 20 and 19. If you expect this shoe to have the soft insole of 20, you will be very disappointed. I hope that Asics goes back to the cushiony insole, as that is what this shoe is so famous for!

I have tried different models but I always comeback to the Gel Nimbus. By far the best.

Wore for years but ASICS shoes in general run narrow and come to a point vs a wider toe box. Even wide sizes run narrow. Love the feel but they need to modify and make tor box that accommodates the shape of your foot. These are not good to pointed. And the 22 is even more narrow.

Too firm. I have worn kayano or nimbus shoes for over 10 years. They have always been like walking on clouds. I usually try them on in store, but due to covid I purchased these online. Mistake. Will try on my next pair BEFORE I purchase.

All my sneakers and shoes are 9B. I could barely get my feet in these sneakers. They were short and narrow. I would have needed a 10 wide which in 100 pairs of shoes I have never taken. So pretty sure it was the sneaker and not me. Also there is so much padding in the shoe that the footbed is very high. Uncomfortable to say the least. The standard width might be good for a narrow foot.

My first pair of ASICS was Nimbus 14. When I first started wearing them I couldn't believe it! I couldn't believe how comfortable and cushiony they were. At that time I was a jogger and I could jog for hours. I stopped jogging and started walking. I would walk at least ten miles with ease because of my very comfortable Nimbus. I was very surprised when I bought Nimbus 21 that they weren't comfortable or even cushiony as my previous Nimbus and I bought two pairs of Nimbus 21 - Yikes! The Nimbus 21 is horrible! Not the Nimbus I grew to love since the 14. I'll give an example. I've worn my Nimbus 21 for walking and after 3 miles I'm ready to pull them off. There's no the cushion in the fore foot. It doesn't seem like I'm walking on clouds with all the cushion like the older versions. Today I decided to wear a pair of worn-out Nimbus 19. What a difference! Even my worn-out Nimbus19 was much better than my new Nimbus 21. So, I can't wear my Nimbus 21 for walking - only for everyday wear to the store, when I don't have them on for long periods of time. I've looked everywhere to purchase Nimbus 19, with no luck. I'm hoping the Nimbus 22 is better and if not, I'll look for another brand of shoe, for the first time since the ASICS Nimbus 14. How could ASICS mess up an already perfect shoe! Over the years I've recommended Nimbus to my friends and relatives and they loved them. I would swear by Nimbus as being the most comfortable shoe, ever, but not now! I can't recommend Nimbus 21! I want my comfortable, cushiony Nimbus that allows me to walk hours and hours; miles and miles and the Nimbus 21 isn't it!

I have been a Nimbus lover of the past few years, and it was time for a new pair. I was trying to spend less than the newest version's retail price, so I looked for some on sale, thinking they would all be the same quality if they were the same model- not even close. There is no cushion in the foot pad area. Now I have to try to figure something out until I can afford a different pair.

They fit really small. Not true to size. Used to love this model, not any more.

Did Asics change the structure of the Gel Nimbus 21? I have been buying the Nimbus for several years now. It used to feel like my feet were wrapped in a cloud. However this model feels like I'm walking on concrete after just a half a day at work. I am on my feet 9 to 10 hours a day. And my feet are so sore halfway through I have to change shoes. I am very disappointed!
